One person working the front. Everyone else just hanging out.
Too bad insult went to the talk to Bo that they say when they review the reviews and emailed them still haven't heard anything back from them they really don't care about their customers obviously sorry. I mean prove me wrong Bojangles you used to be one of my favorite places to go now after the service two times in a row at this one I think I'll ever go again and that's sad to lose a customer a good customer at that over for service and getting no results when complained to management staff at night just shaking my head

Chicken they gave me was all breading. Probably wasn't an ounce of meat between the leg and thigh together.
Consistent and my order is right.
Update ; now itseems a 20 minute wait in the drive thru is standard. My last 4 visits have been not so good.
Ordered online and paid. Got to restaurant at appointed time. Drive thru wrapped around building, customers inside wrapped around inside. Very disorganized. Had to get verbal to get order because young lady
at counter kept ignoring me after she had been told by other employee to fill my order and give it to me
Food is always fast and fresh and they’re friendly to boot!
Bacon is uncooked and the biscuit is still doughy.
Wanted to order breakfast after being at the hospital all night with my father in law. Dining room opens at 6am. At 715 they still had it closed. Husband knocked on the door to ask why and some lady finally came from the back after repeated knocks and was screaming and pointing towards the drive thru. We went through the drive thru and ordered. One of our combos was a pork chop biscuit. She said there would be a five minute wait and suggested I pick something else. I so no that's fine I will wait. She had a very nasty attitude after i said this. We finally got our food at 7:44. Your employees treat their customers very poorly and have terrible attitudes... especially if it inconveniences their day by forcing them to do their job.
I went through drive thru to order food and after doing so waited behind a car. It took 10 minutes before they got their food. Then when it was my turn no one said anything when I got to the window, I saw people there, some places might ask you to pay when they have the food ready which is fine but I still had to wait 25min, this caused the person two cars behind me to leave. I got my food and was satisfied with the crisp of the chicken but the chicken itself was a little dry. The rest of the food was good though. Disappointed with the service time but the food was pretty good.

I was in the drive through at this bojangles, I ordered an 8 piece family meal. The order took almost 25-30 minutes, it took so long the people behind me started leaving. Once I got home, I realized I got the wrong order, also, the lemonade I ordered with the meal tasted extremely watered down. When I asked to substitute my biscuits for fries, they said it would cost 3$? The experience was definitely horrible compared to my last experiences.

Mornings are always good as far as service and breakfast, night time is always a hit or miss with the food.
Ordered fries with light seasoning. The fries was so hard I couldn't eat them. Thanks but no thanks.

Sat at drive thru for 5 minutes,
No one at window.
No one inside.
No one would come to speaker.
So I parked and went inside, no one inline.
Was told they would be with me shortly..
Waited 10 minutes for order..
NO MANAGEMENT AT ALL !!!
