I don't understand why you won't give the customer the chance to place an order instead of rushing us through the drive through. Absolutely terrible service... So rushed it was that.. yep... You guessed it. They got the order wrong. Also, I'm not sure what the deal is with filling your drink cup up all the way. If I'm going to pay your price for a drink, fill my flipping cup up instead of 3/4 full. You guys are going down hill really quickly. Not to mention the biscuit was cold and hard ( had been sitting for a cold minute) the fries (that should have been mac and cheese) are also cold. The chicken is barely warm.

The closing manager that worked last night needs to be fired. It's 6:22am and this place is disgusting. They clearly did not clean a damn thing in the lobby before closing on 11/10/2025. Crumbs all over the floor and tables. Spilled drinks that have dried at the drink station. No excuse to open like this. Bojangles as a whole in the Upstate are one of the worst managed morning restaurants. Most can't open on time or have bad attitudes, so not really surprising to see they opened like this.

My food was a 10/10 if I’m being honest but I legit had to wait for over an hour Sunday afternoon. I understand 30 minutes give or take but 1 hour for a sandwich, fries, and a Bo berry biscuit is a long time.

Won't be back. We ordered a curbside pickup twice and twice now they haven't come to our car. There are no signs showing where to pick up mobile orders. Are they on the backside? Who knows?
We had ordered 2 kids meals with 2 chicken strips. When we arrived they didn't have any chicken strips and substituted a chicken leg. One chicken leg in each meal from what had to be the scrawniest chicken in America.
Do better.

Every time I come to this location the wait is horrendous. The employees meander aimlessly behind the counters and don’t believe for a SECOND that ordering online will abate this but make it worse.

Food cold biscuits not cooked all the way still doughy forgot to put part of order in bag and had a attitude because I wanted rest of my food and this was drive thru at 8am not busy and food cold and undercooked

Terrible experiences last few time, don't have the food items on the menu, if they do have it, it will take a long time to cook it, rude drive thru staff. Won't be back.

I was on the phone with my husband and he was going thru drive thru for lunch. Piece of advice to the rude lady who took his order… wait for the customer to say they are done. If I could give them a zero I would. Listen to your customers spicy chicken sandwich is not chicken strips and when the customer starts their order don’t be in such a damn hurry to end their order. I spent 20 years in the restaurant business 15 of that owning my own restaurant. Good customer service keeps people coming back every time. Do better Bojangles.

Too bad insult went to the talk to Bo that they say when they review the reviews and emailed them still haven't heard anything back from them they really don't care about their customers obviously sorry. I mean prove me wrong Bojangles you used to be one of my favorite places to go now after the service two times in a row at this one I think I'll ever go again and that's sad to lose a customer a good customer at that over for service and getting no results when complained to management staff at night just shaking my head
