Not a good experience. VERY bland food. We had the broccoli and chicken Alfredo and the southwest Alfredo. Both were very bland with very little chicken. At almost $18 a dish I expected a lot better. While the Southwest dish has some heat and that was about it, the chicken and broccoli had NO FLAVOR. No salt, no garlic, no anything. All three members of my family thought it was not very good. Very disappointed.
Burnt on outside. Soggy on inside. These were the wood fired, haven’t tried the others yet. Service was good tho.
This used to be my favorite Italian restaurant when it was in Clemson. Since the restaurant has moved the food is not as good and fresh. The staff seemed to be " not as interested " as before. My husband and I ate here at the new location and it seemed to be kinda "scattered "; meaning that when we were waiting to be seated that the staff seemed confused or unsure of who was seating the guests. A kind lady came from cleaning tables to come seat us after a little bit. Two of the menu items that we tried to order were unavailable. We has to ask just whomever (staff) to refill our glasses. [ I never drink a full glass of tea but we were there for a while and I actually needed a little more tea and had to ask someone. My husband ended up drinking what tea that I didn't drink because he kept waiting on someone to refill his glass]. The waitress that we had kept wiping her nose with her hand. She would reach for our glasses and then placed our meals on the table. I was literally ready to leave . I have since placed an online to go order and it was not much better. I got there 10 minutes after the order was placed and saying that it was in process and paid. When I go in to pick up my order I stood there waiting on someone to help me, no one came to me so I went over to the bar and waited. The girls at the bar couldn't find the order . I showed them on my phone where I ordered and paid. One of the girls said " Oh let me go ahead and put your order in so that it will be fresh and hot ". The girl comes back and says it will be $19.23. I told her that I had already paid $21.00 online with my card when I placed the order. A different girl comes back 15 -20 minutes later and brings my food. I asked her if I could just double check my order before I leave and I did and so I was given the wrong salad. She took it back and brought the one I had I ordered. The food was not good . The freshness of the food was a big disappointment from the Clemson location. Not sure if I'll be back.
The owner treats his staff horribly and wonders why he can't keep a staff. It's not the pandemic, which he denies, it's his management demanor that runs people off. They are great crew too and when you eat there, you can just see how exhausted and stressed out they are. Great food, but no love.
Good italian food and lots of dinner space as iam Italian also
Good was good service was great. We got two drinks, mozzarella sticks, chicken Parm with salad, build your own pasta and added two meatballs. Our bill was $51.
I had a amazing experience here ☺️ great service and an old memory I miss the location in Arden. The food was satisfying and atmosphere was comforting. If you're looking for authentic it's here! Also the gelato is the cherry on top (:
We came on Saturday and I came back today with another friend... I had Latoya both times as my waitress.. She doea a wonderful job .. Will definitely be back .. The food was wonderful also .
Service was great. The staff was very friendly to us we had a great time the restaurant was very modern Italian and the food blew me away.
We came here on a mishap to be honest. Came to go to Cracker Barrel near by, but it was a long wait. We just happened to stumble across this place. The server was very knowledgeable on everything on the menu. Their infused olive oil is amazing! It has a nice smokiness to it. I got the butternut squash with pink sauce. My fiancé got the carne pizza. The crust on his pizza was the perfect thickness. Will definitely be returning.

The server was very friendly and the food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The reason for only four stars is because they didn’t have espresso or coffee, there was no gelato or dessert menu and the bar wasn’t fully stocked. It’s closer to 4.5 stars, but it was really disappointing to not have coffee after dinner and I didn’t want to have to stand and awkwardly gape at the gelato case at the front of the restaurant.
Hands down the best Italian I have had between here and Atlanta. The food was so fresh and you could smell the freshness. Worth the one hour drive.
We stopped here instead of an hour wait at Cracker Barrel next door and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone liked their entries including the spinach salad with grilled chicken or salmon, butternut squash ravioli and soup and salad. Friendly staff but the service was a little slow but it is everywhere right now. We would definitely come back when in the area.
My husband and I enjoyed a meal at Brioso tonight and were very pleased with the service and the quality of the food. The waitress, Lorianne, was attentive and very pleasant. My husband ordered the Southwest Past and I had the Veggie Lasagna, both entrees came with a salad. We both had the spinach salad which was fresh and very tasty. The southwest pasta had a mildly spicy and had a very good flavor. The lasagna was filled with lots of veggies and was very good. I lived the marinara sauce. This was a delicious meal in a nice atmosphere, we strongly recommend this restaurant to others.
Excellent food. Healthy choices. I had a salmon and arugula salad that was delicious and fresh. Waitperson did an excellent job. Will definitely return when we are in the area.
