I’ve been to this Burger King twice. The first time, a wonderful lady named Connie helped us out with a complicated order. Food was fine. However, on this second occasion, I was told to wait 5-10 minutes due to a large order. No problem! I simply tell them what I want, assuming I’d simply wait. I was told they would not take my order and I asked if I should come back, and was told “if you want” with a very rude tone. So I circle back after about 10 minutes and place my order. The order was taken wrong. The cashier lady obviously did not take my order, so she is not at fault. The lady who tried to bring my food, Ashley, was an absolute Gem, and attempted to correct the mistake. Then the “gentleman”who took my order and refused to take it the first time and then took it wrong, brought it out, and handed it to me. Then I explained he took the order wrong, and then he said, “nah that’s on you” and abruptly turned and left. I can only describe this man with the untidy appearance as callous and unhelpful. The cashier, Ashley, and the other employee who was changing the trash out were perfectly pleasant. This other individual was not, in fact, he was quite rude, and my food is wrong, and it’s late. Shoutout fr to Ashley who attempted to fix the misunderstanding.

Food is always soggy and cold or packed with mayonnaise 😩 my family food was so greasy the bottom of the bag. People sit outside the restaurant day and or night.

Huge shout out to the crew today. I went through around 12 today I believe it was. It was busy but they handled it very well. Great burger as always, and awesome job to Shannon I believe her name was. The manager on staff. I know this burger king is usually short of staff. But today they seemed to manage well! Thanks for a good fresh lunch

Visited Monday December 9th. Food was hot and correct, service was super nice today. The bigger gentleman that made my food and took my order around 2:30 was super nice. The Christmas decorations were very nice! There are not a lot of employees though. Looked like 3. That's not enough to run a restaurant properly. Do better about staffing, come on now
I wouldn't recommend eating here. The workers on the midshift and evenings are always outside vaping and smoking, playing around. And I'm very sure that they don't wash their hands or even sanitize them afterwards. I seen this with my own eyes. All dirty filthy looking. With unfriendly customer service attitudes. Avoid this BK You might end up with some kind of infectious disease. Never will eat here again!

As a former GM of Burger King for many years ive got to say i don't really visit Burger King much anymore but today had to meet some friends in Clemson. so thought I'd try out the new Whoppers.The experience was great food was hot, service was fast and everyone was friendly and it was very clean inside.
