Visited Monday December 9th. Food was hot and correct, service was super nice today. The bigger gentleman that made my food and took my order around 2:30 was super nice. The Christmas decorations were very nice! There are not a lot of employees though. Looked like 3. That's not enough to run a restaurant properly. Do better about staffing, come on now

I wouldn't recommend eating here. The workers on the midshift and evenings are always outside vaping and smoking, playing around. And I'm very sure that they don't wash their hands or even sanitize them afterwards. I seen this with my own eyes. All dirty filthy looking. With unfriendly customer service attitudes. Avoid this BK You might end up with some kind of infectious disease. Never will eat here again!

As a former GM of Burger King for many years ive got to say i don't really visit Burger King much anymore but today had to meet some friends in Clemson. so thought I'd try out the new Whoppers.The experience was great food was hot, service was fast and everyone was friendly and it was very clean inside. Job well done! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to Rita and her team.

They take orders in waves at the drive through. So what would take 5-10 minutes takes 30 minutes or more. They take 3 orders at a time and make you wait at the menu board until they’ve finished the payment and food for the 3 cars ahead of you. I’ve waited at the menu board for 30 minutes multiple times just to pick up a mobile order. Half their customers pull out of the drive thru because they get tired of waiting. I’ve spoken to their online customer support about this after picking up my mobile order and realizing two items were missing and they didn’t care. I asked for a refund for the items and was offered a $5 coupon instead even after saying I was never returning to another Burger King location again.

This place was empty when we went through drive through but the employee couldn't understand what I was asking, so they asked me to pull up to the window. I explained my question and they answered me but because I hadn't put my order in at the speaker it took a couple of minutes to make it. However, they were polite, knowledgeable, and quick to make my order, which honestly didn't take very long. Everything was in the bag that was supposed to be, made correctly, and the food was hot and fresh. Thanks yall!

They close the inside when the sign said open not even close to closing time 6 hours before closing time of dine in
Now i know every Friday and sat after 4 inside is closed they say short staffed i say fire people that don't show up

I placed a pick up order and the door was locked. No sign. So I went through the drive through and I said to the lady with rotten teeth that it would be nice if they put a sign on the door. She was extremely sarcastic and clearly taking her frustration out on customers.

Get this lady some dental care.

Waited in line with one truck in front of me…8 minutes…then sat at speaker another 5 minutes then I nicely said, “hello anybody there”…and a female screamed ridiculously LOUD, “JUST A MINUTE”…horrible service and rotten attitude…next day spoke to female manager…her responses included, “I’m not making excuses for anyone but no one shows up for work”…and I said, “your employee was rude and threatening”…manager responded, she herself has autism and sometimes the headset and the two lanes upset me”…WHAT???
