57 MINUTES wait in the drive through! On a regular weekday, at 11:15 am, with 3 babies in their car seats asking why it is taking so long!

haha this cfa is genuinely the worst ever. I consistently wait over 20-30 minutes every time I come here, and that has gone up to an hour before. They don’t put people on IPOS and instead take orders on headset well into the day, which really backs up the line. When you go inside, half the time there isn’t a person in front counter and you end up waiting forever to order because they don’t schedule enough people to staff the place. It’s just so slow and unorganized, please get some new management because this place has some potential. Other than that team members are generally nice and the food is decent compared to others.

I waited in line to order and get food for about 20 minutes. This new set-up is terrible. I wanted to park and do an online order and I can't do that anymore. You either wait in line to order or have your order already done online and then pick it up. Maybe they have to get the kinks worked out, but this was the worst service ever for the Clemson location. There were only two people outside to manage the lines and one to take my order. Definitely not the great service I always had here.

Was in the drive thru line for 30 minutes even though I ordered with the app and went through the mobile thru line. When I got home, instead of chicken strips I had chicken nuggets. This is the second time, at this location that I have waited 30+ minutes for my order and it was wrong when I opened the bag.

The service in the restaurant is not what you would expect from chick- fil- a. Left with no food. If you are headed towards Clemson do yourself a favor and stop at Chick-Fil-a in Easley or Powdersville where you can get good food and good service. This location will not get my business again.

I will never attempt to go to this chick fil a location again. I placed a order on the app Saturday morning while waiting to get pulled in the parking lot. 40 minutes later I finally got to the place to scan the code and it had canceled my order because breakfast was over. Went back again Monday to try again. This time waited 30 minutes to receive the wrong drinks. I don’t suggest going to this location unless you have tons of time to waste!

I use to think I could never say anything bad about Chick-Fil-A, I guess I was wrong. I truly use to love this location but their drive thru has major issues and has very long wait times. Management needs to fix this issue. I would not recommend this location if you’re trying to get somewhere quick.

This place is ridiculous. The chicken is never crispy and brown like other chik fil A's my fries are always warm opposed to hot. And now they have "mobile" lane opposed to two drive thru lanes which triples your wait time

This location used to be one of my favorites but unfortunately I’ve had terrible experiences lately. Most recently, after waiting over 40 minutes in the drive thru, my iced coffee was completely watered down because the ice had melted and my ice cream was completely melted. Probably because they were made when I placed the order and then had to wait 20 minutes to get my food at the window. No apologies from staff at the window for the significant wait time. I even called to speak with a manager and was told he would speak to the staff when he had time. Still no apologies. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate when people are spending long amounts of time in a drive thru.

Superior Painting

This place has the worst service in all of Clemson! I come just about every day during the week at 2:30p through the drive thru. Takes 40mins. To get my food. For ONE meal! I'm 100% my review won't change a thing! All I will get is a "Thank you sir" like I did in person when I waited 30mins in line and 10mins in a parking space! When I told them how bad were service is! And it's getting worst every day!

In the past month, I've come to this location twice. The first time, it took me an hour in the drive-through to get my food. Two weeks later, it took me 50 minutes to get my food. One out of the two drive-through lanes seems to be entirely allocated to mobile pick-up orders now, so there is only one lane for normal drive-through orders.

The food is still good and the employees are friendly, but it isn't worth the wait. This seems like an ongoing problem, so I won't be coming back for a while.

Why the heck am I waiting in a “fast food” lane for an hour? I could’ve gone to a steakhouse and got a steak for the time it took for me to get to the window to get my food. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. The restaurant manager needs to figure something but I bet he/she is sitting on their lazy a$$ doing nothing while they have one employee outside taking orders.
