Yummy food and good service but very crowded and not a lot of space to sit.

Furious!!! I've never been to this particular store previously and unless this issue is satisfactorily taken care of, I will never return. I drove 22 minutes to grab breakfast amid a crazy day. I sat in line for 10 minutes, I ordered TWO breakfast CHICKEN burritos, hold the hash browns, then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to finish/deliver my order. At this point, I have over 40 minutes of my precious time invested in this breakfast. I get to my destination two hours later ready to eat one of the burritos and as I opened it to add salsa, I see BACON!!! I don't eat pork or red meat! Open the other... BACON!!Checking the order label, the cashier got it right, it was the kitchen that screwed it up!I attempted to call the number listed on their website but on half a dozen attempts, I received the "Verizon Wireless number" is not accepting calls.1) I want my money back2) I want a gift card to sufficiently cover my time lost and overall hassle (I've just wasted another 30 minutes)3) I want a manager to provide me a valid telephone number so we can resolve this matter

An employee was rude to me and assumed I didn't pay when my friend already payed for my order. She called me out in front of everyone which was embarrassing for me. I didn't expect this sort of behavior from Chick-fil-A.

I am glad we have ChickfilA at Clemson University. Its the place we students look forward to for lunch or other options. Milkshakes are pretty good too. I like the variety of chicken sandwiches they sell and its budget friendly. Definitely recommend dining if you are at the University.

Teneshia and Brian were awesome! The best customer service I've experienced in a while. They made my day! Loved it!

Surprised that this on campus Chick-fil-A location doesn't support the CFA One app; I only got a milkshake, so no biggie. However, it's kind of a drag not getting points & ordering with my phone

Nothing really special about this place! Crowded and a few cashiers available most of the time! I had my first breakfast experience here today! I asked about something they serve and I was answered, but I figured later that their answer wasn’t correct!

I had a problem with an order, and left a less than stellar review. The owner contacted me and made it more than right. I'm happy with it!

I visit this location whenever I can. Well, this one particular visit, I happened to spend a good amount of money for my food. Over thirty dollars and I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR!!! Almost everything in my order was wrong. I called and spoke to the manager and they said they would gladly replace it and apologized. I explained I wasn't sure when I could come get it replaced because I'm on disability and its hard for me to get out. They said that was fine. A few weeks later, I'm able to swing by the location and am told that because I didn't come the very next day (even though I hadn't been told to and had already informed them I couldn't) that I couldn't get any of my food replaced. I was offered a courtesy salad. I don't feel like that a very nice way to treat the disabled community. I no longer visit this location.
Chick-fil-A is good, they're a little understaffed but who isn't nowadays, they do great for an on campus location

Outstanding service. All of the employees are very competent, but Brian in particular has always given fantastic service with a smile. Even though the campus in general is slower post-COVID, this Chick Fil A keeps trucking on.
