I love Chick-fil-A with a passion, regardless of location, but I’ve been having an issue for a few weeks with excessive wait times for 20 minutes and today I waited 30. Even this is one of my favorite restaurants, I am hoping this issue can get resolved somehow.

Doesn’t seem as bad as other reviews suggest. It’s operated by Aramark, so you don’t get the same level of service that a regular Chick-Fil-A location provides, but they seem to prepare the food quick, and it tasted just as good, so I can’t complain.

Garbage location and business practices. Apparently Chic filet thinks I'm a volunteer cashier, why stop there though? May as well make me cook the food too. Better service and food elsewhere.

Pretty slow, the kiosk may have some issues. workers don't usually do a great job calling out names for orders. The food has never failed though.

Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to! I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and a drink. I only had a 30 minute meal break. Absolutely ridiculous.
