Don't know what happens here in the summer time, but the staff and the place go from Chick-fil-A level to McDonalds-esque. Dirty, always out of important food. Right now, 3 of the staff are screaming at the top of their lungs at each other. I'll take a vacation from this place- too many other good options.

The past 3 times i have been here, the rice was undercooked and the only time i have been when the rice isnt undercooked, the rice has way too much lime.
I ordered a veggie bowl, but received one with chicken and completely incorrect ingredients. I had selected brown rice, tomato salsa, and fajita veggies, but was given white rice, corn, and lettuce instead. It appears I received someone else’s order. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Chipotle’s online ordering. The consistent inaccuracy suggests that online orders are not being handled with the same care as dine-in service. Glad, atleast the customer service has taken this issue seriously and given a redeem code, as I’ve shared them shared them the photos of the order I received.

Chipotle could be good if you clean the restaurant, restock bathroom, and Learn to cook rice to completion! Employees should do their job instead of huddling around the register. There were absolutely no clean tables to be found. To finish it off the cashier yelled that she smelled bad, and the other employees agreed!
Let me set the stage for you. I decide to go to chipotle to take a break from studying for finals with my friend. It’s lunch time, so it is very packed which makes the line go by slower. That’s understandable. I ask for a bowl and right when I’m about to check out, I remember I wanted a side tortilla. The girl then asks someone down the line to grab a side tortilla. The worker has the audacity to go, “who the hell ordered that.” The worker points at me and gives me a disgusted look. That same worker that complained then says, “why didn’t you just ask when I got your bowl. You slowed down the line.” She then rolled her eyes at me and continued to stare me down. I apologized and said “I’m very sorry”. That is when she said “charge her an extra $2 for the tortilla for holding up the line”. I’m sorry, but what gives you the right to up charge me for you doing your job for an extra 5 seconds of heating a tortilla. I have never seen a lack of respect for customers until I came to this chipotle. Run from this god forsaken hell hole and go to the one in downtown Clemson. At least they’re nice there.
Came in well before close and they were out of almost every meat. Was forced to order the barbacoa, which I had never had before and something must not have been right with the preparation or storage as I’ve been experiencing strong stomach pain ever since dining there. Please eat here with caution, I will not be returning.

Got food poisoning from the barbacoa. Don’t recommend
Although I like the Chipotle chain I had not been to this one yet
I decided to try this particular store for myself although I had read the negative reviews. Truth told I was hungry and they were right outside Aldi as I finished a long day of errands and grocery shopping.
I found the employees behind the counter to be fast, efficient, polite, and professional.
The tables had not been wiped down inside so I decided to go outside and eat since it was a warm 70° day today I had a little trouble finding a spot outside that had a clean table as well. My time of arrival was after a lunch hour crowd - about 2 PM so I think there was plenty of time for them to have cleaned up the tables.
The food itself tasted fresh. As good as it has been at any other Chipotle I been to. No complaints with employees, service or food.
As I got up to leave, I collected my belongings and my empty container and drink. When I went over to the trash can, I found it was turned upside down and no other trash can around.
So I would it say other than them needing to keep the tables cleaned off and the trash cans emptied and turned upright everything else was just fine. I would return again to this restaurant.
You’ll never know what you’re going to get when you come here. Sometimes it’s a mess, with irritable service, crunchy rice, no ice, no napkins, and out of protein. But sometimes its a decent location. Fortunately there is a much better location near by.
Great food. Unfortunately the tables and floor are always a mess. I guess it is somewhat to be expected in a college town, but all Chipotle's seem to suffer from messy tables and floors. Still if you are getting takeout the food is great.
The cheese was chunky and not fully melted, the chips were stale, the steak had an off flavor and was cold, and the fajita veggies were undercooked and over seasoned.
