Food was great. Every table was dirty. Mens room filthy, soap dispenser broke off the wall and empty. Remodeled, but you have to ask for a refill at the counter. This Cook Out has went down hill! Do better for Clemson.

Usually the service is good and the food is great, especially for the price. The service actually seems to be the best very late into the night, when almost nothing else is open and they're very busy.
Earlier this evening, things seemed moderately busy, but the service was much worse. The person running the drive-through kept interrupting me and was not very polite at the window. I was missing some of the items I ordered and the quality of the food was not as good as it usually is. Most of the food seemed stale or overcooked.
I can understand feeling overwhelmed and needing to get cars through the line as fast as possible, but when the quality of the food and service is sacrificed, it doesn't feel worth it to spend money here.
Small chicken quesadilla was good, my friend will not get milkshakes from anywhere else. Loves them.
