I love everything about cookout! No other place can beat them! Haha! They are open late and they are fast and it's always hot and fresh every single time!!!!! And amazing prices!
The food quality is as expected, better than McDonald's and Wendy's and all not as great as a steakhouse. The service is hit or miss depending on who is working, sometimes they are high and sometimes they dont care much. Other times, they do relatively well.
The treatment I just got in the Clemson location was horrible!!
I don't typically call specific people out but in this case ... Anyaha G (name on the receipt )... You were awful today. You all but threw my drink at me and quoted the wrong drink flavor, as I was trying to question you on the possible mistake, you slammed, not closed, slammed the window shut. You then proceed to hand me the milkshake. You thrust it through my car window with ice cream running down...
