I have never had an experience so horrible and humiliating that I write a review (on my son's FB, because I do not have an account, but this should be heard). I placed online order at 6:23 pm and at 6:43 pm I used the online tracker. Tracker said that order was delivered. I gave it a few minutes (15 to be exact) and was told that the tracker was wrong and the order was still out for delivery. Not wanting to make a nuisance of myself, I waited another 50 minutes before calling...read full review
