Domino's Pizza

I ordered delivery through another app, but to be considerate and efficient I made sure to schedule this delivery. Most often when I’ve scheduled deliveries through other stores I have the frustration that the food is usually far too early, dominos however wanted to ensure this was not an issue. My food was scheduled to arrive between 8-8:30, at 8:31 I received an automated call informing me my food had been sent. I watched as the driver turned a 5 minutes drive into a 20 minute journey. Upon watching the blonde headed girl who was my delivery driver pull into my complex, and after watching her space out several times in front of my door and then struggle to travel down the stairs I could only assume they were either half asleep or high. The pizza was cold and hard to no surprise, so I filled a report with the delivery company and they essentially said “too bad so sad”. My take is, don’t order delivery from here. Between the ridiculous wait for the driver and the fact they had hours to prepare this order and it was still almost THIRTY minutes late with the added fact the do not care in the slightest. Also no compensation was given for their awful service from them or the delivery company. And to the manager please teach your employees how to cut pizza, I shouldn’t have to get my own pizza cutter out and cut it myself.

I used the app to put in a $39 pizza order. I watched as the tracker showed my pizza being made and ultimately "delivered". Problem is nothing was delivered. I called the store and the manager told me that the tracker wasn't working and was giving false reports. He said my pizza was just coming out and I woul get it shortly. An hour later I called 4 times and each time they just pucked up the phone and hung it up. When the manager finally answered, he admitted that he had lied before and that my food had been delivered to the wrong address. He promised a full refund and a replacement order. He never did either. I have filed a complaint with Dominoes corporate. This store needs to be shut down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!

I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery was estimated one to two hours. Waited the full two hours. Never got my food. Took my payment and everything never received my food I ordered well before closing. Super upset and honestly unnecessary if you couldn’t take an order, should’ve just said that

Around 4pm I placed an order for my wife to pick up at 7pm that included 1 pizza, bread bites and a sauce. She shows up and at first claim they didn't get it, and then say they got it but "lost" the order and will have to re cook everything. Which negates the entire benefit from ordering ahead. So she has to go sit in the car with 2 hungry, on the verge of bedtime toddlers and wait for them to remake the order. Showed no remorse and treated her like she was an inconvenience and then when my wife finally got home, they forgot to include the sauce we paid for. Pizza tastes fine and if you don't care if they lose it , if it'll be ready when you get there, or don't mind if they forget your sauce then this could be your go-to spot.

Delivery driver, Addison was super sweet. Took a while for the order but understandable on game day

This is so far the best dominos franchise in Clemson, Central and envorons.

It’s dominos, you get what you pay for. They staff here is amazing though, they’re always very nice and I haven’t had an issue with my pizza and I’ve been going here for two years!

The food was fine and the older woman and gentleman that helped me were nice. But when I walked in the store there was a female employee with black hair standing there making pizzas IN HER BRA and flip flops. She put a shirt on after I walked in but I wasn't the only customer in there. After she saw me looking at her she just glared at me. No hair net, flip flops and no shirt. Health code violations aplenty

It's been over a year since i ordered from Domino's so tonight I gave it a shot and honestly it's gonna be much longer than a year next time before I order from them again. At least from the Domino's in Clemson,SC. My issue isn't with so much the food, it was a bit over cooked but eatable, delivery was even reasonable timing, but my problem lies with the disrespectful delivery driver Seth who makes it well verbally known to you the customer just how satisfied or unsatisfied he is with your tip. Wow is all I can say.

Submitted a complaint about a messed up order about 3 weeks ago ..customer service never got back to me I finally got in touch with store and Brittney( I hope spelled right) is fixing and was so kind ...she is only reason your getting 5 stars and she is only reason you get a second chance with me ..way to exemplify customer service Brit and fix the issue as soon as you were made aware

I mean no hate when I say this but delivery drivers need to respect delivery instructions, it took me a while to make a review on this but i have left messages on the dominos website regarding this issue. One specific driver will stand at my door until I come outside to receive my pizza despite my instructions being contactless. He calls me almost everytime he delivers asking me to guide him to my apartment which is fine but will then stand at my door to the point I told him on the phone and to his face to please respect my delivery instructions as I'm not comfortable with this. I haven't ordered from this location since sadly. I am moving out of the city now so to people like me here's the heads up.

Best Domino's pizza that I've ever ordered from. And the delivery person was very professional. I will be ordering from this place again.
