Best Domino's pizza that I've ever ordered from. And the delivery person was very professional. I will be ordering from this place again.

We used to love this particular Domino's. They always had the best pizzas. The last few times we've ordered from here, we've been disappointed.The last time we placed an order, when we walked in to pick our food up, we had to wait several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us standing there. We were finally handed our order and took it home only to realize one of our pizzas was overcooked & & the other-a philly cheese steak pizza- was missing green peppers and looked like it had been thrown into the box as all the cheese/toppings were messed up (see photo).

I’ve been to this store a few times. As someone who travels for a living I can tell you that this is probably the best operated store in this franchise system. Delaney takes fantastic care of me every time I place an order. I’ve ordered by phone, app and in person. Every time my pizza is done quickly and correctly. I’ve had no bad experiences here.

I ordered carry out. A lady came up to me and asked me for the name of the order and then she disappeared. So about 5-10 minutes go by, I ask another lady to check on my order (she was very nice) she couldn’t find the name of my order and no one else could. I even showed them the app saying my order was done and ready. After describing what pizza I ordered they finally found it. After receiving my pizza it honestly just wasn’t very good. I guess I’ll stick to Pizza Hut.

I ordered lastnight at 8:47 to receive my food at 11:30… Manager stated they could only give me 20% off… I told her that went from my dinner to breakfast how was 20% all they could do?? I was understanding because they had only one driver but it blows my mind they wouldn’t turn off the delivery option after so many orders or something… the whole experience was a joke..

0 stars would be more appropriate. About a month ago I placed an order that was over $50 and never received it. I called the store and while on hold I could hear someone in the background saying they took my order to a different location and it needed to be remade. After being on hold for 12 minutes, no one came back to the phone so I hung up and called back and they told me it was out for delivery. Another hour went by and I still did not receive my order so I called again and my call was answered by a man who responded "yeah we got a lot of orders man, you know how it is". I never received my order. Against my better judgement, I placed another order tonight to give Domino's the benefit of the doubt. I did not get my order, called the store and was told "the driver could not find where to go". Any 4th grader with google maps has access to find an address. The driver eventually came back, called me and SAT IN HIS CAR so I could go to him. So much for delivery.

I love their pizza but if you don't order online, you can pay $17 for a large pizza with one topping. I refuse to do it. Sometimes they offer 50% off, which is appreciated. The online process is clear but can be very annoying.
Typically when I come I order the same thing, well I clicked the wrong thing and immediately notified when I got home that this is the wrong order. I called the man on the phone said they would replace it, I get to the store and even tho it's untouched Katelyn said i would have to pay for the because they made it perfectly and it wasn't their mistake. I told her I spoke with someone on the phone and they told me to just bring it back and they would swap it and she quickly yelled to everyone only managers make those calls and told me it just is what it is. So I stood there for a second because I literally hopped in my car and came back without a drivers license or anything and was trying to download a digital card to my Apple wallet and Katelyn stared me up and down and asked so what are you going to do are you paying for it or what. I told her she didn't have to be rude about it and she said I'm not being rude and I told her well it's coming across that way, I can stand here and decide and she turned around and walked away and repeated the conversation back to the other lady with the green hair. And she's typically rude but tonight was a bit much because there's no way for me to know who's a manager and who isn't if they answer the phone and tell me they'll remake it then that's what I expected.Not to mention she has Burger King brought to her and was eating it in the middle of making orders in the front where customers can see.

I guess I’m old fashioned but you can’t call in an order at the store. I’d not honestly dock them for it if the employee who answered wasn’t short and kind of rude about it.Unimpressed.

If I could give a ZERO I would. I encountered the most unprofessional rude /racist employee. Who already had a attitude and wasn’t helpful. I have NEVER known a pizza place and especially Dominos to not have any type of deals. I will never visit this establishment again. FYI I went down the street to the one connected to Walmart and customer service was EXCELLENT!! Also they had plenty of specials
