This location now only allows ordering through a digital kiosk. No human interaction Coffee is not labeled among the dozen or so drinks listed. And I could not pay in cash. I watched 2 other customers walk out while I worked with a server only to find out I can’t pay in cash. 30 year customer. For shame DD

Waited for over an hour for one order and it was made completely wrong and the food cold. No one had name tags and they were providing horrible service being rude and disrespectful towards us after we went in to ask for a remake due it being wrong. Didn't realize light ice in my iced coffee would mean leaving so much of my cup empty. I used to get dunkin a lot and get iced coffee with light ice and they never did this. Then a couple months later I go and they do this.
