This is not acceptable. I got home only to see my bagel is hard as a rock & piled with enough cream cheese for 2-3 bagels. It’s also cut up & burnt so bad the dough is non existent. Its just a hard brick with cream cheese

I’m assuming this energetic young lady is the manager, she was fantastic! They complimented me on my perfume, were over the top kind to my young children. They made this tired old mamas day! I left feeling happy, bellies full of donuts and like a million bucks. Now that is service! Place is also very clean and efficient.

I would much rather pay more and go to starbucks where the service is higher quality than go back to this dunkin location. the staff is incredibly rude. coming from someone who works in the service industry i understand we have off days but your job is to serve someone. and every single person that came to the window had a stank face and a smart comment to make. your team is getting paid to treat people badly.. the food was great. but that’s not how you keep a customer coming back. best of luck keeping your business standing.

I've been multiple times. Every single time the lady at the pick up window is very short with us, even if I'm being courteous (please, thank you, etc.). We've learned to drive to the Pendleton location if we want decent service and coffee that isn't sprayed into the cup across the counter. We will not be returning. Even for convenience. The extra 10 minute drive is worth not getting the "wait" finger from the drive through worker. Very unprofessional.

I had an hour to kill before an appointment so I decided a doughnut and a cup of coffee would do the trick. There was one couple in front of me and I knew my order would be a struggle as I watched them repeat their order 3 times before the cashier got it put in. When my turn came I placed my order - medium cup of hot coffee with extra sugar and extra cream with a $1 add on classic doughnut (I asked for chocolate) with 1 dozen mixed to go. The gel taking my order barely spoke English and struggled to get my coffee, put a plain glazed in a bag and handed it to me. I could not get her to understand what I wanted so I just took what she handed me and began to pick my mixed dozen. I choose 6 and said finish it out with glazed. She looked at me with a confused stare and said no more. It was then I realized she had only gotten a half dozen box. To be fare I checked my receipt and only paid for 1/2 dozen, but that is not what I asked for. To top it off the doughnuts were stale. I won’t go back.
If I could give zero stars I would. Solely for the rude staff

Went to the Drive thru,order 4 Glazed Donuts 7.48$ got to the window and she handed me ONE Donut!!!.And I ordered 4, So I had to wait for them to get them.The girl just Laughed at me.this was at 3:15 On Saturday.

Employees acted like they were on drugs or something.couldntveven take a simple order and we're out of everything i tried to order so I just left.and this was the second place I tried to get breakfast.Im beginning to wonder if Pendleton has something in the water.
