Worker was in a rush in a rude way. Already ruined my morning like okay? Then they put bacon on my bagel when I asked for sausage. I don’t like bacon :( coffee is also bitter when usually sweet at other locations. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Coffee is never consistent, yesterday I went to get a brown sugar shaken expresso and it tasted fine. today I got it and it seemed like they poured the whole sweetener in my cup with a drop of coffee. I asked for light ice, was charged $.40, which is fine I’m not complaining but I am annoyed that to compensate for the light ice they decided not to fill up my drink all the way….i would have rather had all of the ice and saved my $.40 cent. The Starbucks here sucks too, take the extra time and go to summer moon they never disappoint!

Me and my friend went to get coffee and the lady was extremely rude. Friend asked for her mobile order and she said “yeah. Here.” I ordered at the counter and said “oh I’m sorry can I get lite ice” and she mumbles “I can’t fill it up all the way” I ask my friend what she said and then we brush it off. I get my drink from the counter and it is half full. The rudest encounter I’ve ever had with someone in the food industry. There was no other customers and there was less than half of the donuts that should have been in the display. My worst dunkin experience!

Uber driver here . I don’t appreciate not being greeted or acknowledged when standing at front counter . Ignored me untill I said something . A response when saying thank you is basic customer service . Instead of chatting with your other employees tend to your customers .

This is not acceptable. I got home only to see my bagel is hard as a rock & piled with enough cream cheese for 2-3 bagels. It’s also cut up & burnt so bad the dough is non existent. Its just a hard brick with cream cheese

I’m assuming this energetic young lady is the manager, she was fantastic! They complimented me on my perfume, were over the top kind to my young children. They made this tired old mamas day! I left feeling happy, bellies full of donuts and like a million bucks. Now that is service! Place is also very clean and efficient.

I would much rather pay more and go to starbucks where the service is higher quality than go back to this dunkin location. the staff is incredibly rude. coming from someone who works in the service industry i understand we have off days but your job is to serve someone. and every single person that came to the window had a stank face and a smart comment to make. your team is getting paid to treat people badly.. the food was great. but that’s not how you keep a customer coming back. best of luck keeping your business standing.
