Great food. Great atmosphere. My son and I got the chicken nachos as a starter and then 15 wings a piece. He also got the buffalo mac and cheese. Lemon pepper, garlic parm, Mardi Gras, hot honey, General Tso’s, korean bbq flavored wings. They were great. Hard to choose because they have 60 flavors. Will be back. Try them out.

I never write reviews good or bad. And this is gonna be a long read. It started when I placed a DoorDash order. After receiving multiple updates on my DoorDash order. I received a message from my dasher saying an unauthorized individual had already picked up my order before the dasher had arrived. So basically it was stolen. I then called East Coast wings, and spoke to who he presented himself as the general manager, Caleb. He was so easy to get along with and understood my concerns with care. He told me verbatim he was sorry and he knows how frustrating that can be and to make up for it to call the following day and he would give me my order completely for free. He told me he would arrive at 11 AM but he wouldn’t come in until 1130 AM because he had to run some errands for the restaurant. But he told me as long as I had the name on the DoorDash and the order confirmation he would make it completely for free. Well the next day I called East Coast wings, and asked to speak with Caleb. When Caleb got on the phone, you would think it was a completely different person from the night before. His demeanor, tone, and attitude changed negatively. He was passive aggressive, dismissive, and belittling. The tone in which he spoke to me in would make an outsider think I was making this up. He basically told me he had to talk to HIS boss even though he told me the night before he was the general manager and it would be fine for him to make it for free. He told me I should try placing another order on DoorDash because there was no way he can help me. After trying to defend myself he finally told me he could only give me $25 off and that when I arrive, I need to present my order and my ID. I hang up and I walk inside and I tell the host I’m picking up an order for *my name* she hands me my bag of food and tells me to have a good day. She did not ask for my ID or my order confirmation. Confirming that whoever picked up my DoorDash order the night before did not get ID either.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but the customer service at East Coast Wings was beyond disappointing. From the start, our experience was terrible. Caleb, the staff member helping us, made promises regarding our order that he never followed through on. Not only did he fail to keep his word, but his overall attitude and treatment toward us were unprofessional and disrespectful.
We felt ignored, brushed off, and like our business wasn’t valued at all. Instead of making things right, Caleb only made the situation worse by being dismissive and not taking responsibility.

Highly recommend. This is a hidden gem in Clemson. The food is fresh & delicious. The staff is friendly & attentive. If you haven't tried it out, you need to ASAP.

The wings were good but the thing I loved most was the dessert we got called Carnival fries! Those with the raspberry dipping sauce...oh my gosh so delicious! If you love funnel cakes then you have to try them. So freakin delicious!

I have been twice with good experiences. Today, however was aweful. Ordered 2 sweet teas, he comes back with water. Ordered corn ribs, they bring them with no plate, no silverware nor napkins. Wings were cold and burger was two thin McDonald's patties, not at all like the first burger we got there. Won't bother ever again, I will do my wings and burgers at home for alot less money. Gone downhill in record time.

The place was clean, the food was good (very good wings) and the service was good. They seemed a little shorthanded, but the workers were attentive. Also, the prices were affordable (about $20 per person including tip).

Was just there ask for extra carrot and celery and you people didn't put them in the box an tried to call an you are closed I want something done about this an on top of the wings were hard an dried out
