The only thing I liked about this place was how quickly we were served. The tables and floor were dirty, our sandwiches weren’t heated properly and there was a hair on my sandwich and one on my pickle. 😩

Waited for an excessive amount of time to order and for our food to arrive. Our sandwiches were not even close to warm. My 10 year old's bread was almost too hard to eat . Asked for a cup lid for my 4 year old's drink twice and also had to ask for napkins twice. We love Grouchos and eat there probably every 2 to 3 months, but this particular visit seemed like an off day for them.
