Excellent experience! I stopped in with a fairly large order for my office team. Autumn was super kind and helpful! They had the order ready very quickly and Autumn went the extra mile to make sure we had everything needed. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu soon. The atmosphere was also very clean! Great job!

The prices were reasonable. The hamburger was good but I wouldn’t say great. I had a double. I think a single would have been a better meat to toppings ratio. The garlic parmesan fries were ok. Overall, I’d say the place was good for what you pay.

I went to Hip Burger in Clemson for the first time, and it will definitely be the last. Right away, they were out of Coke, which was disappointing. When my food finally came out, it was cold, dry, and completely unappetizing — nothing like what you’d expect from a place with “burger” in the name. The sweet tea was ridiculously over-sweet, almost like drinking straight syrup. To top it all off, the employees weren’t friendly or welcoming at all.

When a new customer comes in, the first impression should make them want to come back. Instead, I left frustrated and unsatisfied. Honestly, if this is their idea of quality and service, I don’t see myself ever returning.

Fries were good. I got a double cheeseburger with everything. The burger was dry. I did like what there was of the sauce. If there were onions on it I couldn't taste them. Not sure at this point if I would try them again. I had high hopes. I'm a little disappointed, but I come from in n out country so it may not be a fair comparison.

Had lunch with friends, atmosphere was light and inviting. Person at counter greeted us, she was very busy, but food was prepared in a surprisingly short amount of time. Definitely a return trip. Food is simple and uncomplicated, and delicious

I'm kind of disappointed in this place... We went and made our order and then when somebody brought or order out to us it was completely wrong because it was another person's order, then she brought us our food again and it was still the wrong order, then the third time it was the wrong order again and when the girl brought it out to us she went to fix the order in the register and my total came out to be $2 cheaper and I did not receive my $2 back... I thought they would have put it back on my card but it never did..I know it's not much money, but I got cheated all because she put our order in wrong

Was driving around with my mom looking for a place to eat and we stumbled upon hip burger. We were shocked by how good the burgers were, up there with some of the best fast food burgers I’ve personally had. The staff was very nice and the food was great. Will definitely come again. Clemson needed a good burger place.
