The owner is really mean! :( It was a fine experience, good music but poor service. My group saw him yelling at some girl, she started crying. And he insults people on Google reviews too! I look forward to his reply since I know replying to reviews is what he does on dead nights at the bar

Service was good as can be expected on game day. Affordable and food was just ok. It was crazy busy though so may need to come back when there is no games going on.

The lady at the food counter was so sweet! We have always come on game-days for drinks and my husband and I came for dinner tonight and are pleased with the service we receivedđŸ©·

I had an extremely upsetting experience at Itsurwiener during my senior bar crawl, a day that was supposed to be one of celebration. The bar was packed, and while some of my friends were able to get drinks and go downstairs, I stood at the bar for what felt like an hour, never once being acknowledged or served.

Eventually, the owner who is an older man known as “Mr. Wien” came over and picked up an empty can of Mom Water Seltzer that I had placed on the bar. Instead of calmly addressing it, he immediately demanded I leave, claiming they didn’t sell that brand. I tried to explain that it was empty, I didn’t realize it was an issue, and that I had been waiting patiently to be served. I was calm and respectful. He told me to come around the bar so I complied. Immediately when I began speaking to him he was aggressive and hostile while I was nothing but calm, respectful, and apologetic. He began yelling at me in front of other patrons, pointing at a sign that says “outside alcohol prohibited” (as if that excuses his treatment). Instead of listening and speaking to me like a human, he further escalated it by continuing to yell at me and accuse me of sneaking it in, and ultimately threatening to call the police if I didn’t leave. Completely unnecessary.

Let me be clear: This was never about the can. This was about how I was disrespected, talked down on and ultimately humiliated by a grown man who chose to exert power over a 5’4”, 110-pound 21-year-old girl who posed no threat and was doing nothing wrong. I left in tears, not because I was bitter I “got kicked out,” but because I was publicly aggressively confronted and degraded for a small and honest mistake that could’ve been resolved with one sentence.

If you value being treated with basic respect or if you’re a young woman who doesn’t want to be deliberately singled out and screamed at by a man three times your age look elsewhere.

Was out during the bar crawl and was waiting at the bar for drinks. However the bartender kept avoiding us and we could not find a manager. We waited for over an hour before deciding to leave. We left and got service elsewhere within minutes. Will not be going back.

Waited at the bar for over an hour without even any eye contact. Short brunette bartender kept walking right past us.

Went for an early dinner with our special needs 4 year old. Four doormen standing at the door when the place was mostly empty. One pointed at my wife carrying our son’s diaper bag and just said “you can’t bring that in”. Then just waive at some sign on the wall. We’re coming in during restaurant hours not bar hours and you say we can’t bring a diaper bag for a toddler? My wife looked on your website and could not find any of the rules and regulations listed at the door on your website. If you are going to deter the families with small children who also live in Clemson from frequenting your establishment, at least be up front about it and list them on your website. Families like hotdogs and burgers too.

Used to drop in to get food occasionally, can’t anymore due to the establishment now being anti-concealed carry. Food was usually good and so was the service, but it’s sad to see places stop supporting the 2nd amendment. I understand not allowing people who are drinking to carry(as is the law) but a blanket no carry stops lawful carriers from exercising their rights when stopping in for food or to pick up or meet friends.

Please consider turning off your speakers outside. The volume is so unnecessarily loud, the entire Ucentre house can hear your music all day and night.

Blasting music until 2am across a residential area is incredibly inconsiderate, you are even blasting music when Nobody is there.

Thank you in advance
