This is my second attempt to order from here. My first experience the food was great, but was missing half of my order. When I called the location, they did give me a credit.
Today, I called to place my order, they pulled my name up from my phone number and told me that I did have a credit. I ordered at 10:45am, at 12:15pm, I called to check the status of the order and they stated that the driver tried to deliver and couldn't find me and tried to call and there was no answer. I gave very detailed information about where to drop off. After verifying, he states that they didn't even have my number to call, which is strange since they used my number to pull up all my information at the beginning of the call. They are currently sending the driver back out. So we will see if it ever makes it here.

The regional manager of this Jimmy John’s is the nicest person ever. My grandmother was in hospice and he delivered the sandwich to me. I can’t thank you enough for making the hardest time of my life a bit easier.

This was my first time on around Clemson. The location here is great. I always go for the Italian night club with peppers and this one didn't disappoint. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but the food makes up for it. I'll be back.

Love Jimmy's, and this location does a great job. Being on the campus for Clemson, it was busy, and our food was made Jimmy's fast. Unfortunately, the bread was hard.

My first time ever at a Jimmy Johns. I didn't realize they only have one type of bread and they aren't able to toast it. My only complaint is that the bread was stale. All the toppings were fresh, I just asked for a fork and ate the toppings like a salad.. no biggie. The customer service was top notch, very knowledgeable and very respectful. Anything I asked about the guys were quick to respond and nice about it. Restaurant was clean just very small and limited seating! We did have to park in parking garage and walk a short distance to the restaurant but parking was free that day for some reason.

I went to this Jimmy Johns after being in town for a football camp for my kid and let me tell you that kid working I think his name was Deshawn and he was a great employee. Was also another guy there but I didn’t get his name. But if those guys were working near me I would hire them they made us feel at home and their service were great. They were a pleasure to talk too

A sandwich shop that makes its bread in house ran out of bread. The guy at the counter told us as soon as we arrived, however the guy who made my food was out of uniform and I didn’t even realized he worked there at first. I just feel like this was an avoidable problem.

I love this location.I go 1-2 times per week. Several of the employees know my name or face for my order. Amazing customer service and great sandwich.
Parking: Parking is slightly difficult but that’s most of Clemson’s downtown. There are a couple of close by street spots. There is a parking garage within a minute walking distance.There are two parking lots right next to Jimmy John’s but technically JJ’s customers are not supposed to park there. One is a church parking lot. The other is for the stores across the street.Tough to find parking but worth the effort if you get food.
