I had the annoying displeasure of encountering David today when I ordered a sandwich. I’m directly across the street from Jimmy John’s. David walked over to deliver my sandwich and then presented me with a receipt to sign. As my sandwich had already been paid for I asked him why he wanted me to sign it. He said he was providing me with an opportunity to give him a tip. I asked David what exactly he did at the sandwich shop to deserve the tip. He said he was a delivery driver and if I put a tip on the receipt, he would get all of it, but if I did it in the store, it would go to the people that made the sandwiches. I reminded David as he walked across the street to deliver my sandwich. Maybe I didn’t need to give him a tip for that. David then informed me that his new general manager required him to do it so that he could get tips. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Jimmy John’s anymore if this is the type of leadership and management that is going on there. what about the poor sandwich makers ? How about be grateful for the pleasure of doing business with me rather than finding ways to pressure me into giving you a tip. If I felt like you deserve the tip, I would’ve given you one maybe David and his new general manager Need to work on some customer service skills.

This is my second attempt to order from here. My first experience the food was great, but was missing half of my order. When I called the location, they did give me a credit.
Today, I called to place my order, they pulled my name up from my phone number and told me that I did have a credit. I ordered at 10:45am, at 12:15pm, I called to check the status of the order and they stated that the driver tried to deliver and couldn't find me and tried to call and there was no answer. I gave very detailed information about where to drop off. After verifying, he states that they didn't even have my number to call, which is strange since they used my number to pull up all my information at the beginning of the call. They are currently sending the driver back out. So we will see if it ever makes it here.

The regional manager of this Jimmy John’s is the nicest person ever. My grandmother was in hospice and he delivered the sandwich to me. I can’t thank you enough for making the hardest time of my life a bit easier.

This was my first time on around Clemson. The location here is great. I always go for the Italian night club with peppers and this one didn't disappoint. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but the food makes up for it. I'll be back.

Love Jimmy's, and this location does a great job. Being on the campus for Clemson, it was busy, and our food was made Jimmy's fast. Unfortunately, the bread was hard.
Horrible. Waited 30+ minutes still didn’t get my food and smelt like weed the whole time workers were terrible

My first time ever at a Jimmy Johns. I didn't realize they only have one type of bread and they aren't able to toast it. My only complaint is that the bread was stale. All the toppings were fresh, I just asked for a fork and ate the toppings like a salad.. no biggie. The customer service was top notch, very knowledgeable and very respectful. Anything I asked about the guys were quick to respond and nice about it. Restaurant was clean just very small and limited seating! We did have to park in parking garage and walk a short distance to the restaurant but parking was free that day for some reason.
