Good NY pizza, subs and lasagna. Pizza is a bit pricy but good crust, sauce and toppings.

EDIT: Owner saw my 1-Star and reached out and refunded my money. I understand it’s a busy night (Valentine’s Day). I understand staffing is tough. Just hire front of the house people who appear to give a crap, and empower them to take care of customers. Here’s the story: Had two items on a pickup order: large pepperoni pizza, and an order of 5 wings. Pizza was ready at the stated time but the wings took another 20 minutes, during which time the pizza got cold. Host basically said “Sorry - nothing I can do.” The worst part? Because I ordered and paid online I HAD ALREADY LEFT THEM A TIP!!!

Do they have thin crust pizza?
High price point, cold pizza on buffet with limited choices.
Arrived at 1:44 and asked if buffet still open. Was told yes. Found a couple of trays of pizza slices that were cold. Finally at 2:30 after a couple of more customers came in they brought more pizza out. But we had been there 45 minutes by that point.
Salad bar looked wilted and like it had been out awhile.
Price of $15.99 per person for lunch buffet seemed a bit high. They also added an additional charge when paying with credit card.
Experience would have been improved if there was fresh hot pizza available during our lunch and if there was spaghetti or another dish also offered on the buffet.
Waitress very attentive and friendly.
Will not return.

It's basically Papa John's under another label. On the up side, they're generous with the toppings. On the down side, it's overpriced Papa John's in another box. Ain't much "New York" about this.

Went in on a Sunday night. Restaurant was at least half empty. Girl said 30 minute wait. We walked out and will not be back. I don’t mind a wait if it’s full and busy. This place was dead.

Once a five star experience for me and my wife has now become something around average to below average. Since they have started doing the buffet, it was initially something we really enjoyed. However, our last few experiences have a complete waste of time and money. Our waitresses often forget about us, when we make pizza requests they are often forgotten about, and the pizza is often left out entirely too long. Our last visit was awful. We were there for about an hr and 15 mins and within that time not one singular pizza was put on the buffet bar. We were sitting right infront of it so I assure you I am telling the truth. No matter how busy you are, that is completely unacceptable when customers are paying nearly 20$ per person. Not to mention, my favorite pizza on the menu, the Mac and cheese and bacon pizza is 30$ w/ tax for a medium. Ridiculous!

I went in to enjoy some delicious pizza with my family and children and Yaz was my server and honestly it was disgusting how she was dressed to serve in a family place and overall it was a terrible experience. I asked to speak to the manager Tai and she was very unprofessional and I just cannot believe this place has become the way it is. I work for a Billion Dollar Company in food and beverage and we use to refer members to you guys because it was professional, delicious, and a tasteful place to dine at that would give them an amazing experience in an awesome upscale environment . Tai is not management material you need someone professional in a place of business like this and servers that do not have their butts hanging out their shorts and maybe it will go back to being a 5 star Pizza Place like it use to be.
Thank You

Nowhere close to NY style pizza or taste. The pizza is a little better than CiCis pizza. I am giving them 3 stars though, because they had really good wings and the dessert pizza was legit.

Food is good, but over priced. Service tends to be slow - dine in or carry out. They also don’t let you order kids meals to go so be ready to pay $13 for a small cheese pizza for your toddler.
