This is the best KFC in all the land!!! On Thursday 6/6/24 we went in to pick up dinner to go. It took a lil while because they were short-handed and rather busy. BUT this was the best service and MEAL I have had ever at KFC! The chicken, biscuits, potatoes, slaw, EVERYTHING was fresh and cooked to perfection. It’s 3 days letter and I’m still thinking about how much I enjoyed that meal. I didn’t even want it. My husband did. Thanks for making this experience FINGER LICKIN GOOD!!!
This store is also a long John silvers,, my wife and I stopped to get some fish on the way home. The problems started at the drive through. I thought the guy was never going to get the order correct, then we went to the window, we were given our drinks l08, it was the nastiest Dr. Pepper I have ever attempted to drink, then we were toldvto pull forward because apparently they had to go catch the fish. Now, I ordered a fish sandwich with only tarter sauce with hush puppies and my wife a 2 piece fish. When we got home w discovered that the only thing on my sandwich was to pickle slices, not a drop of tarter sauce and there was no tarter sauce for my wife's fish either. It is not like the place was busy, there was a couple cars in the lot and one vehicle in front of us that got their food and left before we got to the vwindow. It is bad enough that it was almost $19.00 but then find out the food isn't edible really sucks. Oh, and my hush puppiesvwere crunchy on the outside and not done in the middle. I think it is the last time I get anything from this store.

I was very unsatisfied and unimpressed with today’s visit!! I ordered through the KFC app at 5:48pm, my food was not handed to me until 7:04pm! They were very short staffed so I understood the first 30 minutes, but as time went on they were very shut mouth and didn’t communicate with the customers about when their food would be ready. So me along with a bunch of other customers waited very patiently until it turned into us being impatient. When I finally got my food and left the store I noticed my chicken breast was not cooked all the way and I WOULD NOT go back and wait some more for something that should have been done properly the first time!! So I do not recommend this place until they can get their employees in gear and their store up and running like it should be!!

People waiting to have there order taken. I needed a to go box ended wrapping my food up in a napkin, then dropping it. ; /

This Place is disgusting The Heavy Black Dude They Have Working Never Wears Gloves I Watched Him Handle My Food With No Gloves On So I Was Not Surprised To Find A Finger Nail In My Chicken Box His Nails Was Long Like A Woman And Disgusting I Threw The Whole Meal In The Trash Where It deserves to be After He Handed Me My Food I Watched As He Took A Doordash order Off The Rack He said they Are not getting this order here and went sat down and ate it How Is This Place Still Open Just Go there And Take A Look At The nasty place you are eating from

-1 star, honestly. Make sure if you go to this location you double and triple check your order. Placed an online order 45 minutes before I got there, app said my order was ready so I went inside and got it from the pickup counter. Got back to my car only to find half my order was missing, including an entire family meal of 8-piece chicken and 8 piece tenders. I went back inside again to let them know i was missing things only to be greeted by a very sarcastic manager with an idgaf attitude. After I told him what was wrong, he "fixed" it. Got out to my car and order was still wrong because I was still missing my 8-piece bone-in chicken. Mind you, I paid almost $60 for this family meal with sides and a drink per person, and they gave me maybe $30 worth of food the first go around. Went back inside a third time and finally got the issue fixed but then got all the way home and it was of course...WRONG AGAIN. Extra crispy chicken was actually original recipe and clearly either overcooked or old judging by the dryness and soggynes of the breading. Will not be going to this location again.
We did have to wait on extra crispy ..but it was worth the wait..it was so good and fresh..the worker's were really polite

The only reason that I put one star is because of Rick Reid he decided he was going to do everything else in the store but help me the cook and the packer was working their buts off to get our food out and they were great and this happened at approximately 6:40 today so I do not appreciate the way that he was
