We come here often, always clean with friendly staff. However, it's 29 degrees outside and the heat is not on, it's freezing in the restaurant! People want to be comfortable while eating, every customer in here is wearing their big bulky coats and winter hats to eat lunch. Not only that but your staff is cold too, ridiculous. Turn the heat on!

Ordered a grilled chicken club with potato salad and a sweet tea. Added a country potato soup for my partner who wasn't feeling well.
The bread was so stale it had the consistency of croutons. The chicken was dry. I got unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. And there was no receipt in the bag.
We didn't trust the soup based on how bad everything else was. All of this disappointment for $25.
Would not recommend.

Employees are too busy playing on their phone to get orders out correctly. Waited over ten min for a to go order that I ordered at the register. If I hadn’t asked about my order the staff was “about to give this all to the online to go order” because staff was careless and did not bag correctly. Only a half apology from staff recieved and a “you’re good to go it’s still warm”

I love this place & order it a lot, but for months now, they never fill the mac & cheese or potato salad containers. They are always maybe barely half full. For the price, you think you would get more. It happened again yesterday too. It's disappointing when I love this place but not getting what I pay for. From now on, I feel I need to check the containers before leaving with my food.
