I work at Jiffy Lube (the one directly across the parking lot), and I've been here multiple times. I love the food, although the price is sometimes questionable (pot calling the kettle black I guess). 9/10, the salad is sometimes inconsistent, but I'm also not the easiest person to please. I am loyal to this McAllister's, the quality at least never deteriorates, and the employees are always as best as they can be given the lack of staffing present consistently; but find me a place without this issue and it'll be less understandable.

The staff was not very friendly. And now thanks to them, I have soda spilled all in my center console of my car because they overfilled my drink so much. Here’s a tip: if the drink is already leaking from the top when you put the lid on, at least be considerate enough to clean it so that I don’t have to carry a sticky, dripping cup to my car. I had to wrap it in napkins just to take it out to my car, and now there an huge mess that I have to clean up. Overall a disappointing experience.

This is the best sub that I have in my 43 yrs of living. The customer service was top notch also. Perfect example, my sandwich was wrong initially. The young lady that served me was awesome. I didn't get her name but, she had red hair and wore glasses. She was so nice that my slight aggravation about my messed up sandwich totally disappeared. She had the issue fixed promptly and everything was a great afterwards. I tried to find her to give her a nice tip but she had already left for the day.???♂️.
