Go to this quite regularly they usually get it right. DO NOT GO ON SATURDAY NIGHT. This crew is argumentative and clueless. Supposed to be a plain burger. And you know it had every condiment in the book on it. I said politely this was supposed to be plain and instead of remaking my order like they have 1000x I get told I ordered it wrong and it was my fault. Then they told me they could remake it but I’m not waiting for that after that. Any other day of the week they’re great.
Ordered food and it took 16 minutes and there was no one else ordering food. Not only that but there are no napkins, ketchup or anything handy to get access to, and all the workers are in the back so good luck eating your greasy food without napkins.

I bought a quarter pounder from this location and they made it wrong so I called them and Monica the mgt said I can replace the sandwich only . I went the next to get the sandwich and Jacob the manager replaced the whole meal

My order was complete for over 10 minutes behind the register. I told the employee working that was the order I was here to pick up. She got an attitude and wouldn’t give me the food until I asked several more times and got another employee involved

this mcdonald’s is slow and does not care about the customers at all. I waited over an hour for my doordash and i was told id “probably be waiting longer” i left without ever getting my food .
Food is exactly what you'd expect from a McDonald's, but prices have definitely gotten a little crazy.
One of the workers kept complaining that people need to stay home and cook because of how busy the drive through was. They also forgot to give us an napkins and they don't have those out regularly anymore.

We enjoy McDonald’s but your best bet is going to Anderson or even Seneca. Do not go here. Waste of money. It won’t let me add my photo but if I could, I would. We ordered a large delux meal and they only filled the fries halfway and didn’t put any actual lettuce on the sandwich. The bun was HARD. Like they left it out for a few days and then they only added Two slimy tomatoes, no lettuce but a few strands in the bottom of the box and hardly any sauce. Why are we paying almost $30s for two meals???

I got food Togo and my burger was supposed to be a double quarter pounder with bacon but was completely wrong and after going in for a second bite out of my burger I realized it was very under cooked my drink was inside of my bag to begin with and was already spilt all over my fries and nuggets making them cold and soggy. I will never again go to this location! Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. That’s $30+ down the drain!
I got food poisoning and also contacted McDonald’s and was not only ignored by the manager but was also implied to be a liar about the whole situation even though I have photos as proof.

Absolutely pathetic awful miserable excuse for a McDonald's. Quite likely one of the worst run in the company. They should fire every manager immediately. This used to be an average run McDonald's and it was decent and quick but they can't get a darn thing right anymore. And what's more when they mess up your food they give you a nice side serving of attitude instead of getting your food right. Allow me to give you an example from December 14th 2020. Please note that all the students have left so their volume of business is well below normal. I did a mobile order for a burger and an apple pie pulled into the parking space and completed the order on the app. 15 minutes later I still have no food. I called their phone number no one answers. So I get out of the car and go inside to get my order. Even though the doors unlocked as soon as I get inside they start yelling at me that they're closed inside and I need to go through the drive-thru. I tell them I'm there to pick up my mobile order which is sitting out on the counter top play pick it up and say always this it and hand it to me. I then ask them to make it again and they argue with me that is still warm. Then the so-called manager comes out and proceeds to start yelling at me that they're closed inside and I need to leave. I end up taking my room temperature food that's ended up sitting on a countertop for about 20 minutes to the car. Probably my last time ever at this garbage excuse for a McDonald's. The change seriously should revoke their franchise and the franchise of every other location that this so-called operator has.

I just moved up here and we go to mcdonald's a good. We were very disappointed at the times that we had gone because it is so slow. Some of the employees are even slightly rude. The food was very good.Sometimes not hot and the macchiato's would be made too far in advance. I understand that we are in a college town and that it can be the best place for these young students to go. With as much business as they have and always do I think that should hire a few more people. Every time we go it doesn't seem like they have very many employees there. However, we will continue to go there. We just hope it gets better.

I went thru the Clemson drive thru a few weeks ago, and I got a quarter pounder with no onion, which was a special order. The burger had so much salt on it, I couldn’t eat it. You could see the salt crystals on the bun. So disappointing-I’ll never go to that location again.
