This is the worst McDonald's in the Upstate, in my opinion. Everything is always lukewarm (if you're lucky), and sandwiches are always sloppy. Wait times are the worst. You always have to wait and stare for service. Consistently bad. Every time I stop here I wish I'd gotten food elsewhere.

haven’t been thru the drive thru that many times but DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH FROM HERE!!!! Every single time i order from here thru doordash multiple items are missing and if you call them they truly do not care.

People working in this place are so slow. I don’t know why it takes them so much time to finish a simple order. Currently waiting past 1 hour for my order over Uber Eats. Forget about me, can’t imagine how my Uber Eats executive feels like waiting in the line for so long dealing with the incompetence of these people! Ordered mobile order about 7:30 Sunday evening. Maybe 5 other cars in the line. Was given our drinks and (pitiful) sundaes at the window and asked to pull around for the rest of our food (2 burgers, 2 large fries and mcnugggets). Waited about 6 minutes only to have the worker basically throw the bags of food at me. Pulled over to eat and the fries tasted like day old reheated, no salt, fries. Burger was ok-ish at best. Tired of waiting 10+ minutes every visit to either have the order wrong or taste like dirt. Will be taking my business elsewhere until management can get this place back in shape. DO BETTER!

Sucks. Don’t order sauce cause you won’t get it. Don’t order fries cause you won’t get them. Come here if you like cold food that is straight out the freezer. Wait will be super long anyways. Waste of space.

This McDonald’s has to be the biggest joke I’ve ever seen in my life, i understand being tired, i understand being short staffed but to be completely rude after coming over the intercom at the drive through telling me to give you a min after I had already given you 25 mins. If it wasn’t for my husband and I working third I wouldn’t even bother wasting my time at this place
UPDATE ! CORPORATE NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH SHOCKER ! IT'S ALMOST 2:30 IN THE MORNING THREE CARS AND DRIVE-THRU AND WE HAVE TO PULL OVER TO GET OUR FOOD! THESE BETTER BE THE HOTTEST FRESHEST SANDWICHES I'VE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE!
Update I spoke to corporate. Yes I called the complaint line because it's enough with this restaurant! Given multiple opportunities to get it right and they couldn't do it ! So let's see if corporate follows through on my two refunds where I never even got my food and they refuse to let me speak to a manager to get a refund the first time so I didn't even bother the second. But Wendy's is across the street Chick-fil-A's good chicken next door somebody else has burgers Ruby Tuesday's is down the road and Burger King is the other way also Hardee's also Arby's so I never need to step foot in this McDonald's ever again ! I suggest everybody with similar poor experiences do the same. Show this restaurant that they just can't do whatever they want because they're located near a college. That they still have to be held to some kind of standard ! Boycott them ! Hit them where it hurts in their pocket not our pocket and then they might actually take some action !!! Slow 🐌 And I asked how much longer on my sandwich and fries. And she's like we have to cook it. I've been out here for almost fifteen minutes. The rating on this businesses definitely accurate. Corporate doesn't even respond so that shows how much they care. Still sucks lol 😂 Hardly anyone there tonight and had to wait 10 minutes for two sandwiches

While I'm not a huge McDonald's fan, my family is. While we just ran in to grab food and go, I was impressed with the friendliness of the young lady who gave us our order and didn't mind honoring our request for more ketchup and quickly let us know which tea was sweet anf unsweet. I know that may seem minor, but we are often left to taste test to figure it out, so her attention to detail was appreciated.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds every time and time again. So slow. Took 45 min to get our 2 meals with 3 cars ahead of us. Then still forgot both meals fries. Management has to shape this place up
