Typically i like this place, its a nice atmosphere, cute chairs and decorations. Today we went orderd coffee and food and was told it was a 10 minute wait on food. 15 minutes later we got coffee, after 40 mins and many other people being served, i went up to ask about our food and was told the order was lost. We then had to wait another 10 minutes. It happens, but i was very annoyed after waiting.

If I could put 0, I would. The $8 smoothie was extremely bland. It’s extremely unorganized. They serve one item at a time. They said it would take 20 minutes, but 30 minutes later all I had was one smoothie out of 2, and no food. I see people just standing around while I’m waiting on my other smoothie and food. The service is just overall horrible. If you do enjoy their food I would recommend the drive thru.

Food and coffee is good but service is always so slow and inefficient. Clearly an issue based off other reviews but nothing seems to be being done about it. I always end up being here over 30 minutes waiting to order and waiting to get food and today I waited over 15 minutes after ordering for a muffin and coffee. Management does not seem to value their customers time, do better, you've lost a customer.

I am a barista so I judge coffee shops pretty harshly. I am giving this place a two for the following reasons: - the atmosphere was great. It was a really cool place, had a lot of people studying and I could tell most people enjoy it. - the girl who took our order was incredibly rude. Barely even looked up at us and had an attitude the whole time. Anyone who works in customer service knows no matter what you're going through you smile and be polite to customers. I am always very generous when it comes to tipping because I understand the struggle, but I did not tip her very well because of how she acted. - our drinks did not come out very quickly. Two other people got their orders before us, even though they had ordered way atter us. - on top of all of this, the coffee wasn't even good. I would consider it a waste of time and money. Luckily the drinks were not too expensive. We got two 20 ounce drinks for $11, so props to them for that. Overall, the customer service in this place really sucked, and the drinks weren't good, but if you are looking for low priced coffee and a good atmosphere it's probably the place to go.

The intercom not working for the drive thru is a real problem. Some of the responses to reviews say that it was damaged in Helene but it’s been breaking on and off for years. The menu sign outside has been in a dilapidated state for years as well. Please spend some money and fix your equipment because your drive thru is abysmal. Also, there’s no parking if you wanted to skip the awful drive thru.

Any other place is better than this place. Clemson is limited with drive thru coffee but this place is guaranteed to take you 45 minutes to get a coffee. I came once before and the drive thru line took 45 minutes. I was annoyed but I only live 5 minutes from this place and I really try to avoid Starbucks and Dunkin. I am currently in line and have been in line for 15 minutes with no movement. I don’t know who has 30-45 minutes to wait on coffee. They need to close down the drive thru if they can’t handle it. Waste of time.

Don’t go near this place on game weekends. Said it would be 20 minutes. Coffee took 20 minutes and food took an hour.
Service was top notch! Greyson was amazing! Great cup of coffee and a great atmosphere! Comfy chairs to sit in and enjoy a great cup of coffee! Will be back!

I love this coffee shop, but the wait time in the drive through is soooo long. I purposely leave extra early to grab a coffee and get to class on time and I am still late. The girl was so sweet in the window but never once apologized for the wait time and I had been waiting to order for almost 10 minutes. Hopefully this can improve in the future!

The smoothies available are always good. Most of the food is good but, based on the price and serving sizes, it isn't always worth it. Wait times seem to be much better very early in the morning and the atmosphere inside is always very cozy.

3 because good iced lattes I've gotten previously. If not for the other times I have been I'd give it 1 star. Just went to get coffee. Two cars in front of me. Waited at speaker for 15 or so minutes with no greeting or anything. eventually just pulled through and was stuck behind whoever was in front of us so had to wait even longer until they were done and didn't even get coffee. Just a waste of time
