The manager named Brandon G was phenomenal. His customer service was amazing. He got my order got my food right and when I came back the very next day, he remembered my same order and made it that much easier for me. I will definitely come back multiple times. Thank you so much, Brandon.

I leaned over on the counter in the line because I have a really bad back from a car wreck. Told me I couldn’t so I got off. He proceeded to get me out of the restaurant because of it. As stupid as that sounds it’s true. He had a nasty attitude. I think he doesn’t need to be working here. He also publicly racially profiled me. I also come into this moes. It’s my favorite place. He alway works here as well. He always has the worst attitude. This happened in front of everyone. He embarrassed me because he was in a rush. Will never come back. I think don’t even wanna go back to a moes ever again because of his attitude.

There was an African American gentleman (an employee with no name tag) who harassed my friend and made him leave for no reason out of line. When he returned to join us with food from another joint he was confronted and embarrassed for again, no reason. Hope the service gets better in this place.

I asked for a little bit of queso and was charged an extra 5 dollars because apparently I asked for “Extra extra extra extra” queso on my quesadilla. Charged me 5 dollars extra for no reason. Very unfair and won’t be getting my service again.

Food and the salsa bar became worse after the renovation recently. I've been frequenting this place on and off, but the quality of the food seems to be diminishing while the prices slowly increase.
