I leaned over on the counter in the line because I have a really bad back from a car wreck. Told me I couldn’t so I got off. He proceeded to get me out of the restaurant because of it. As stupid as that sounds it’s true. He had a nasty attitude. I think he doesn’t need to be working here. He also publicly racially profiled me. I also come into this moes. It’s my favorite place. He alway works here as well. He always has the worst attitude. This happened in front of everyone. He embarrassed me because he was in a rush. Will never come back. I think don’t even wanna go back to a moes ever again because of his attitude.

There was an African American gentleman (an employee with no name tag) who harassed my friend and made him leave for no reason out of line. When he returned to join us with food from another joint he was confronted and embarrassed for again, no reason. Hope the service gets better in this place.

I asked for a little bit of queso and was charged an extra 5 dollars because apparently I asked for “Extra extra extra extra” queso on my quesadilla. Charged me 5 dollars extra for no reason. Very unfair and won’t be getting my service again.

Food and the salsa bar became worse after the renovation recently. I've been frequenting this place on and off, but the quality of the food seems to be diminishing while the prices slowly increase.

I've had items missing from delivery orders multiple times (including today). Most other Moe's locations I've frequented are nothing like this place, they are typically known for excellent customer service and delicious food. Something is wrong at this store, for real.

The girl who was doing the cash register was straight up rude. Told the guy in front of us the chips weren’t ready yet and didn’t even offer for him to wait until they were and proceeded to look at him like he was stupid. She didn’t tell us the total for our order and her mood was completely rude and she obviously had never worked in customer service or even attempted to have some courtesy or niceness. Tried to rush us and the guy in front of us because his salad wasn’t ready yet. Never left a review before but this was needed and so is her having a talk with the manager about customer service skills.

I am VERY unhappy with my experience at the Moes in downtown Clemson. There is a girl who works here who has checked me out 2 times now and has been EXTREMELY rude both times. This past time I asked if I could redeem my free queso reward and she rolled her eyes so far in the back of her head just for me asking. She then very rudely requested that her employee get her a cup of queso. The whole time she had a nasty look on her face like she was not happy to be here. I would also like to mention that the whole time she checked me out she was on the phone with someone wearing her AirPods. Furthermore, when my friend asked to redeem her free queso reward, she did not give it to her and made her pay for the queso. The free cup of queso is not a huge deal but it’s the principle of her attitude and horrible customer service. She didn’t even ask if I wanted a drink. She did not greet me at all and said the bare minimum with attitude every time she acknowledged my existence. DO NOT GO TO THIS MOES IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Parking: Parking garage is free on weekends but you have to pay during the week. There is a free parking lot up the hill from the garage but may be a bit of an inconvenience for handicapped.
