We ordered using DoorDash. Not only did it take forever for our order to be prepared, we were missing items, including the second bag of chips we requested and the salsa for both orders. Very disappointing experience today.

Asked for nachos with ground beef and queso. They said they didn’t have any nachos on the menu and proceeded to put a scoop of ground and queso in a bowl , and then when I asked where the chips were they said “we put those on at the end”. They scattered the chips ON TOP of the ground beef and queso so nothing was on the chips. Then I ask do the ingredients go on top? This dude really grabs my bowl and shakes it until half the chips are broken and no ingredients made it on top of the chips still… I just had to walk out.

The food today was really good. But unfortunately I thought it was a little too expensive for what I was getting. I normally do an half dark chicken and half steak quesadilla I felt like I was being up charged for doing half and half and I always ask for cheese on top of the Meat to make it taste better My total was over $16 Normally, my quesadillas don’t cost that much. Also the chips were kind of bland today compared to other times that I’ve been. Otherwise I love going to the moe’s in downtown Clemson. I am a regular customer there and the staff knows what I like and they do a good job of making my food. But I felt that today it was a little over priced for what I was getting.

John the general manager completely misheard what i said and didn't serve me. I said "they better have more rice" because they were out and i had somewhere to be. This wasn't in a disrespectful manner so it was completely uncalled for. The service was unreceptive and the general manager, John, should be fired.

I will have to be damed we went there at 8:30 and the motherfuckers were closed they don't close till 9 what in the flying fuck I wanted some dam ones but these sun mother fuckers were closed

Charged me twice for an order and would not refund me until the transaction went through. Then when I came back to show it had charged me twice, the manager wasn’t even there to resolve the charges. Super disappointing and won’t be returning.

This is the third time I came to this restaurant and paid 13 dollars for food that’s dry all of the food always look OLD , and around the counter It’s never clean and where the people are allowed to sit are never clean either . The hospitality is awful And very off the employees and including the manager act like they don’t wanna be there .. and for $13 u could put alil more foood not asking to fill it to the top but make it worth it . I wouldn’t feed somebody I wouldn’t eat myself. This place is off and whoever in owns this site of southwest is not doing a good job ..

3rd time ordering from this Moe's via door dash and all 3 times food was missing. Didn't leave a review after the first 2 times because mistakes happen but tonight our order was short food again. Staff needs to be retrained in double checking orders before they send it out.

Was told “toilets didn’t flush” at 8:20PM despite watching multiple customers use the restroom. Extremely disappointing considering this was nowhere near close time, just laziness by the staff to a paying customer. Will never return.

Portions were sooo small! For example when I asked for mushrooms she literally gave me two mushrooms! The worker was extremely rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience to her ...... the food was also cold dry and expensive. Save ur time and money and go to chipotle
