Had hibachi chicken/steak. Chicken was dry, steak was inconsistently cooked, both tasted frozen or as if they had been stored for a while. Rice was dry and cold.

It's just plain good, and they're so friendly, consistent and did I mention fast?? Oh and also: they have a PARKING LOT, which is something many Clemson restaurants can't brag about. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just love Osaka Express. It is really a budget friendly restaurant. The amount of food they serve in their Hibachi items are fulfilling to your stomach. The taste was good too. I'm returning here again and again and again.
They answered the phone and confirmed that they were open. We called back and they took our entire order. My husband drove 20 minutes to pick up the food to find that they were actually CLOSED. Absolutely horrible service and communication. Will never attempt to eat here again.

*Edit:1st visit - Went for lunch... absolutely delicious!2nd visit - Again for lunch... just as good as the first visit. Brought my husband this visit and he said it was very good.This is likely the BEST Japanese Grill I've ever been too. The steak is so tender, flavors are great and veggies are cooked perfectly. Service staff has been wonderful on both occasions. And the pricing is amazing considering the quality of food. Can't wait to try the sushi and other menu items.
I usually like osaka, but probably won’t be going back after today. I placed a to go order on the phone, and when i got there, they said they were using a new system and didnt have my order in their system seeming like it happened often. I waited for my food, and when I got home I realized half my order was wrong, there was maybe 3 shrimp in my steak and shrimp combo, and the steak was very well done.

I love Osaka!!! I have been coming here for years! It just feels like food cooked from home! I normally order teriyaki chicken! The portion and serving size is perfect for me. the way the broccoli and carrots are cooked a bit tender is wonderful! I also have ordered the teriyaki chicken and shrimp and that is also amazing! It is a lot more filling since it has more meat! Staff are friendly. I don’t have anything to say about any workers.
