This Papa John's location is consistent. Carry-out orders are always ready on time, if anything - too quick! Especially for a busy college town, this is an excellent location.

I usually come from Anderson because I view Clemson papa John’s highly I pass Anderson papa John’s and go to Clemson tonight the order was wrong.. the pizza cheese was burnt the pizza flat like cardboard just overall terrible order today

You…. You are not told your time estimate for delivery until AFTER you have paid online. My advice: never leave a tip when paying online. Why? Because the estimate that you are told (after paying and adding in a tip), turns into much much much later. 1.5 hours waiting for pizza? On a Tuesday evening? What? The franchisee should be ashamed. If you can’t handle the simplest of orders, shut it down. So again, just tip the folks cash when they deliver. This way, if they are hours late with lukewarm food, you can just deduct appropriately. Avoid this location.

I was go order for my disabled cousin and I am also I had to use the bathroom and they would not let me use it told me to go to the gas station I really needed to go y'all need to put a sign up no public bathroom but she was nice about it

We ordered on the app from an hour away traveling to meet up with family. We had to change the pickup time. They handled everything for us over the phone and we scooped up the pizza right on time! Hot and ready! So thankful for a place that takes time to care and listen.
Pizza was delicious and service was great. Price point was also great. Ordered 20 pizza for a tournament and they were ready within an hour of ordering.

If you have a business, you should have a restroom. They do not offer there customers that privilege to use there restroom. It is just for employees. A little strange to treat your customers that way. Last visit there. Spent over a hundred dollars there in the last 8 days. Plenty of restaurants that let you wash your hands.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 7:29pm they didn’t arrive until 8:59pm. I live less than 10 mins from the store. When I called I spoke with Lucas who stated “We’re doing the best we can do.” I am missing the sauces as well as peppers that are supposed to be included in the box. My pizzas were ice cold when they arrived & left sitting on the ground by the stairwell of my apartment not even at my door. I should be compensated for this poor service. Absolutely unacceptable & clearly not the best you can do. If you’re short staffed then you shouldn’t offer delivery.
