Just wanted to start out saying, the two girls at the counter were very nice but obviously not trained to do the dining room. We walked in and she took our order at the counter when it was supposed to be taken at the table. Then when we were ordering drinks we were informed that they were out of ice!!! She instead gave us luke-warm sodas. When the food came it out looked really good, but then as we bit into it we realized that there was hardly any marinara sauce on it! Then as we began to pay the card reader kept freezing which was totally not their fault, but still a slight inconvenience. In conclusion if you want Pizza Hut just head over to the Anderson location where the service is actually decent and they are actually trained for dining room service.

Placed a mobile order here and after picking up, half of our order was missing. When we called to let them know, the only solution offered was we could come back (30 minutes roundtrip AGAIN) to get what we were missing or they could get us a future credit but only for those items. The missing items were the breadsticks and sauces for one of the boxes. Absolutely not do we want to make that trip again for just those items ? the “manager” we spoke to on the phone was very rude. Will not return

After seeing a commercial on TV for a discounted price on a large pizza, my mother decided she wanted to give Pizza Hut another try. So I looked up the number online and called it...in Clemson, SC...and an Indian lady answered. She confirmed the number I was calling from and asked what I would like to order. I asked if she was at the Pizza Hut in Clemson, and she said she was with Customer Service. I told her I wanted to talk to someone at the Clemson store, and she said she could take my order. I asked her how I could speak with someone at the Clemson store and she told me she could give me a number to contact someone there. After a few moments of a keyboard clicking in the background, she then gave me the number I had looked up and called already!!! I then hung up, looked up the number for Marco's, and an American working at the Clemson store answered, took my order, and was standing there to give me the pizza and ensure my order was correct before I paid. By the way, Marco's pizza was excellent.

My husband and I were the only 2 people inside the restaurant at 4:50 pm today. We ordered a medium pan pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, black olives and mushrooms. We asked the server how many slices were there on medium and on large she said the same amount. When the pizza arrived at the table we took one slice each and noticed the pizza was missing marinara sauce or at least was most of it was not in the pan like it normally is when it arrives to the table. The marinara sauce was not on the 1 to 1/2" of the edge. The waitress took the pizza back to the kitchen and asked us if we wanted us to remake it, we answered yes. The second pizza was worse than the first. So much cheese it was drowning in it, the pepperoni, and the dough was not cooked.We will not return. We didn't finish the pizza. With Mello Mushroom and The Pie down the street and you put out horrible pizza.

If your a door dasher DO NOT come in here I came inside hearing obnoxious laughing and saying that someone else took the order and left, then they both came out and said the pizza was burnt and it was black and the told me to just skip it which lowers my acceptance rate, I’m not that kind of guy to post a review but it was needed after somebody is trying to make money but cannot due to people not wanting to take their job seriously.
Absolutely friggin horrible. Dont go there. Coach roaches where beating me in the door. The worst pizza I ever friggin ate. Feel sorry for the girl working there. Dont go there. I'm serious.

We arrived around 7:30 pm on Sun evening.....not one car in the parking lot..we thought they were closed..but the sign said open so we went in and we could hear two people talking in the kitchen..never realized we were in the dining room.. Finally I knocked on the kitchen door and a young man came out apologizing they they did not know we were there. We were seated to a table that was sticky so we moved ..no one else in the dining room..we were the only customers..90 percent of the tables had crumbs or napkins on them..we ordered and received our food. It was not Pizza Hut pizza. We will not be back.
