Same problem, took my money but never delivered the product. Talked to both the Clemson and Easley managers but still no refund months later.

On 3/16/24, I placed an online order with Romeo's of Clemson. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, the door was unlocked; however, only a few lights were on, and no one was inside. I called the Easley Romeos location and spoke to the manager there and informed him of the situation at the Clemson location. He informed me that he managed both locations and was surprised to learn that no one was at the Clemson store. I sent him a copy of the online order and he assured me that I would receive a refund. Nearly 3 weeks passed and no refund. I contacted the manager again and reminded him of this event. Again, I was assured that a refund was forthcoming.
After another 2 weeks passed with no refund, I emailed the franchise for Romeos Pizza on 4/4/24 detailing this event. To date (5/22/24), I have not received a reply from Romeos. Additional attempts to contact the manger have been unsuccessful as well.
I ended up having to dispute this charge with my credit card company who promptly credited my account.
Romeos has decent pizza, but terrible customer service. Avoid this establishment, unless you want to experience a similar ordeal. A one-star review is too generous.

I was in town and staying at a hotel 3/26/24 and placed an online order around 4:30 p.m. for delivery at 6:00 p.m. Order paid for but never received, multiple calls made from me and the hotel staff with no answer. No pizza after waiting an hour and a half. I finally ordered from Domino's and received my order in 15 minutes. I would give the Domino's in Clemson a five-star rating for their service.UPDATE - I replied back to their response and asked if they could assist me in getting my money back on my credit card and I have yet to hear back from them. I replied the day I received their reply and have had ZERO response from them. How can you run a business like this?

The first time I ordered a pizza from them, I paid online. Drove there to pick it up and they were closed. I was furious. They called me the next day and took care of it and made me a delicious pizza and i was appreciative. Just now i figured I'd call before placing an order, No answer. I've driven by the several times since then and no one is ever there. Is this place shut down or something?? Says that their open online but I never see anyone there. Such a disappointment.

Ordered a pizza for pickup Saturday 3/16/24. Arrived to pick up and the front door was unlocked, but the establishment was completely empty. No staff, no equipment running. Yet my card was charged and obviously nobody available to speak to for a refund. Bizarre experience and no clue what business operates like this.

Best sauce I've had on a pizza, it doesn't make me sick to my stomach after having it. My favorite crust by far is the calicrust and the old world peperoni is definitely in my top favorite toppings. And most everything is made from scratch too, it's really worth giving it a try if you haven't yet!
Vegetarian options: You can have all veggie based toppings or crust aside from the cheese, it's dairy based.

The pizza is amazing, including the cauliflower crust. My kids loved their's and said it was their favorite. My husband ordered the butcher shop pizza and it was loaded with lots of delicious meat. He said this is his new favorite pizza place. The gentleman working was so helpful and polite, especially with our kids and their indecisiveness. Would definitely recommend this place.

I ordered a Chicago style pizza on-line for carry out. The pizza was delicious, just like I remembered from Chicago! Good variety of toppings and excellent customer service! I highly recommend it!
