My daughter got her first ever bee sting here this afternoon. She was terribly afraid of being allergic because it runs in the family. Luckily, a wonderful fellow Mom named Megan was working and helped my daughter tremendously! She helped her treat it and most importantly made her feel safe and got her out of a major anxiety attack! I cannot thank Megan and the rest of the staff there enough for taking care of my daughter who’s 5 hours away in college. You all went above and beyond and even gave her a free drink card for her next visit. I’m so glad someone was there to take care of my daughter when I couldn’t be. Megan even spoke with me on the phone. Thank you so much again!!!

The sweet lady at the window, Jordan, had excellent service! I thoroughly enjoyed her kindness, and I genuinely appreciated that she was as nice as she was. Employees at the drive-through don’t tend to be too kind, but she was perfect.

Indoor space is closed for almost a month and they don't let you set a pick-up order or order by drive-through if you are not in a car. Even if no car is there!
They were the only branch in Clemson area to open early morning but customer service is terrible now.

This Starbucks typically makes great drinks and has friendly staff. I’ve also seen them work quickly thru lines that wrap around to the dollar tree

Why can’t we get hot fresh coffee after 6:30pm anymore? We used to could but for about 2-3 months now we are told the brewers are put up & if we want an Americano. If I wanted an Americano I would’ve ordered one to begin with. These cost more and are not as hot. We’ve started going to Dunkin Doughnuts who gladly serves us fresh hot coffee, no matter the time of day. Pretty sad we have to go to a doughnut place to get fresh brewed coffee as opposed to a place who actually specializes in coffee.

I work for Clemson and pass out parking passes for the college on game day. They’re bought online. After Helene most people had no power/wifi and couldn’t find my booth, especially the one’s that flew in from California! I chose this as the meet spot bc it’s at the 4 way everyone was lost at… out of nowhere was accused of soliciting because I was trying to help lost people and told them to just meet me here. The manager screamed at me, threatened me, called the police and trespassed me. I left immediately after I was told and went to Walgreens across the street and she still harassed me. We bought coffees and sandwiches and bothered no one outside. I met amazing forever friends with the day-to-day patrons. Very hurt because this woman refused to understand this situation or hear because she was busy screaming. I have several witnesses to this. They closed the store 10 minutes later. That manager is unhinged and a gross mouthed girl. She should be ashamed speaking like that in front of kids and families working in customer service.
Best coffee store I have ever been to, Harrison, Dylan, and Brandon are the kindest employees I have ever met and I would trust them with my cats and dog any day. Love this coffee place!
