I have been four times in the past four weeks and I keep trying because I want to give them a chance, however they have given me whole milk instead of coconut milk all four times. If I was truly allergic to dairy rather than intolerant I would have died. Asked them to remake it and it came back iced instead of hot and still with the wrong milk.

Every time I come here it’s hit or miss. Sometimes my drinks are made well and sometimes they aren’t. I think some of the staff need to be better trained on how to make the drinks. One time I ordered the mocha cookie crumble frappe and it was horrible. It tasted like straight coffee blended with ice. None of the ingredients that are supposed to be added were added.

This Starbucks used to be a great place to stop by, with friendly and attentive staff who made the experience enjoyable. Whether it was a warm greeting at the register, a well-made drink, or just a pleasant atmosphere, it felt like they genuinely cared about customer service.
Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. The staff now appear indifferent, often rushing through orders without much effort or attention to detail. There’s little to no engagement with customers, and the overall energy of the place feels off.

Amber the girl taking orders was rude. She said, “we’re out of regular coffee”. The other staff members said they would make the coffee and were very nice.

The staff here are quick, super sweet, and the building is always clean. A shift lead named Leanna was really helpful and knowledgeable. She recommended a drink based on some things I like and because I hadn't no idea what to order. Amber made my drink, a Frozen Pinapple Passionfruit refresher, and it was perfect! I love these things now. It's a great place with a wonderful upbeat atmosphere!

It’s Starbucks so of course the drinks are good but the staff here is next level! Every time I stop to get a coffee, they make my morning just a bit better. I truly appreciate the genuine kindness of the whole staff here
