Tonight they are refusing to allow drivers to pickup orders because they are “too busy”. Y’all pull this crap every night and you know it. What about the drivers that rely on this income? So you can just close your store at your convenience?

I just need to say, I used to be a manager at a very high volume Taco Bell. I DoorDash in Clemson a few times a week and this crew is fantastic. I wish I knew names but I’ve yet to see a lazy person in this place. They get destroyed every night of the week and they are constantly pushing through, being disrespected by the customers that come through and treated generally poorly.
They treat each other with respect, they have constant communication with each other and the drivers. I have no idea what this particular crew is getting paid but it’s not enough. Say what you want about fast food jobs but they are not easy to deal with stress wise and this team pulls through every time. If this was my team I’d be making absolutely certain they felt appreciated and I truly hope that they do despite the general public behaving poorly. Well done, team. Keep that strength about you no matter where you go in life and never stop striving for more in this world.

The lady working with excess amounts of piercings was extremely rude. She told us we had to order on doordash since we were not in a vehicle then refused to serve us unless we were in a vehicle after we already ordered.Will never eat here again. DO NOT EAT HERE

So Taco Bell has decided to imitate Chick-fil-A. 10:59 at night there's a gentleman taking my order on an iPad with the tiniest menu you've ever seen attached to it. Standing in the darkest part of the parking lot and having to give me his iPad into my car so I can see the menu in order. And while interjecting this human factor, IN THE DARK!!, My order was typed in wrong. I order DORITOS tacos not burritos, but once again another place for human error while trying to imitate. The gentleman was very nice but literally HANDED me his small tablet to try to order off of so I could see it since the menu hanging from it was impossible to see at 10:59 at night, in the turn of the drive thru. The food was good and fresh even tho it was wrong. Staff was very friendly as well. I know imitation is the most sincere form of flattery, but you ain't making that happen in any way. STOP!!!

04/16/25 just ate here and 7 years later it's still just as delicious thank you for being a safe clean and scrumptious place to eat I'll drive all the way from Westminster from now on

This is a pretty great Taco Bell. Food is usually right, the inside is clean, and service is faster than some other Taco Bell’s. They don’t always handle super busy hours well but other than that, it’s good

The door was still locked at 11:45 am. Had to get back in the car and go to the drive thru. Food is fine. It's taco bell, you know what to expect. But $15 for one combo meal is excessive. I can get two full meals at a better Mexican place with a 25% tip for $22. Not worth the money to eat here anymore.

Busy night on Sunday when me and my 2 friends went through the drive through, we all three had mobile orders of one item each. When we got to the speaker we were told only 2 orders per vehicle so I decided to get out and just get my mobile order (which I had already paid for) inside. When I got inside the person at the front desk told me I can’t get my mobile order there and that I’d have to go back through the line twice(about 13 cars). I tried to beg her to just let me get it here and afford to wait for it even inside. She then responded in a hostile way and I asked to speak to someone else. The second woman came up to me and told me that their lobby was closed and I had to go back through the line to get my order… I decided to cancel my order and get in my friends car as they drive back to our apartment. Needless to say this taco bell is a bunch of college student who don’t really care. It won’t ever change as the only people they can get to work there are entitled clemson students.

So it's okay that the price of rice went from $0.30 to $1.99 as an adder. I haven't been there in like a week because I've been trying to stay away from fast food but I went back and I probably won't go back !
