The fro yo is pretty good but a cup of ice cream being 13 bucks for a small bit is absolute insanity.

My daughter and I went. I usually get a full cup and she gets maybe 1/4…$20?! Seemed super steep considering we usually pay $15 max. Staff member seemed very lax and uninterested. Yogurt was pretty good so 2 stars but we may take a drive to Easley or Anderson for fro yo next time.

Let me preface by saying I love TCBY. I have eaten it since I was a little kid growing up! White chocolate mousse is probably my favorite flavor of any ice cream/frozen yogurt ever. With that said this location needs to reevaluate their pricing. I went and got a cup today at their self serve. They only have one size to choose from. I briefly dispensed 3 different flavors to try and added some gummy bears and it was $13!! That’s absolute insanity. I can understand roughly $10 dollars for a quart but a self serve cup that isn’t full should be $5-7 tops! I’ve added a photo of what I got for context. The yogurt was already melting by the time I made it to the car and took the photo. This location needs some serious adjustment to their pricing. I get that owning a restaurant or business can be expensive but you alienate loyal customers by price gouging more than other locations.

The customer service at this location was disappointing, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing a welcoming experience. Upon arrival, we found the store empty and had to wait several minutes before an employee appeared. The young man who eventually came out did not display a friendly demeanor. Instead, he appeared rushed, quickly attending to an old spill on the floor rather than engaging with customers.

Adding to the frustration, the self-serve machines offered no traditional flavors, and when we requested a sample cup for my daughter, we were informed that sampling was no longer permitted. Ultimately, we left without making a purchase, feeling dissatisfied with the overall service and limited options.

I was there yesterday and me and my son both got a cup of yogurt with a few toppings. The cups were about half full and the total cost was over $25. I have never paid anywhere close to this for two cups of yogurt. I asked the cashier if she was sure that was right and she said yes. The yogurt was great, but I won't go back because of the price. That was crazy expensive for two cups of Froyo!

Frozen yogurt is good but this guy working interrupted me with bad attitude before I could even finish my question of if they had a tester cup/spoon. He's on his phone nonstop too so the interruptions with attitude was definitely an unsavory feeling.

This is one of the self-serve locations. We were the only people there. The young man behind the counter was disinterested. We asked him if we could have a sample and he said there are no samples. Which I find hard to believe. I got a waffle cone when I took it up to put it on the scale. He put this big plastic thing on there to hold the cone. I asked him if if I needed to zero out the scale and he said no. The waffle cone came up to be eight dollars. I frequently go to the one in Greenville and I’ve never paid more than four dollars for a waffle cone. I didn’t have any toppings or a full come. So then I said well if you take off the plastic thing and I just put my cone down, it went from 17 ounces to 9 ounces. I said it’s only 9 ounces now and he said, but it only cost $7.97. Clearly he did not understand the difference between ounces and dollars. When I tried to explain it to him and ask him to change it, he completely ignored me. While the yogurt is good. I will not be revisiting this one. Looking back at the previous reviews, poor customer service is a consistent theme. It’s obvious they don’t feel the need to fix the problems.

While I do enjoy a good TCBY this has to be the absolute worst one. The waffle bowl cones were nasty. They are premade a sitting out so when you get one,who knows how long they have been out or who has touched them. While the wife got one and it was hard on one side and mushy and some of it like rubber, most non edible thing we got. The self serve bar wasn’t attended to as a few of the toppings were unavailable and some were all over the place. You could tell that the worker hadn’t taken care of anything for a while. Now the worker was more worried about being in the back and had a very huge attitude when she had to come out to help customers. I have never heard so many huffs and puffs from someone let alone the eye rolls and arms crossed. In my experience I don’t believe the family and I will ever be back as this trip ruined it for us. Prior to this we have been to this establishment a couple of times and it may of not been the best but some things you look over but after it being like this a couple of times. It shows it’s a normal for the team here.

The staff is incredibly rude and not friendly. The customers before us were complaining about pricing for 1 cup of ice cream being $17. Once I ordered my cup it was $15 for a small cup of ice cream with no toppings, this is absolutely insane. The ice cream all melted within 3 minutes and the flavors were very bland. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

Didn’t realize TCBY still existed. Great option for frozen yogurt with loads of toppings that you fix yourself.Things to note:You pay by the ounce - it adds up quick, keep the kids in check.Lots of flavors - unlike McDonalds who can’t keep a machine running. TCBY had 8+ soft serve flavors going!

Kid-friendliness: They love kiddos and the atmosphere is bright and appealing. Do know that kids do not recognize the cost of the items vs a tub from a grocery store. You’re paying for convenience and atmosphere.
