It was my first time going to Tropical Grill, and I can say I was very impressed with the restaurant. The menu was easy to read, and the customization of the bowls/sandwiches is very nice! I got the Salmon bowl and it was very filling, it did take a second to get it but they did cook the fish and veggies fresh so I can complain about the wait at all! I would definitely recommend this after a workout or even if you're strolling through the area! I will be back at some point to try the other options on the menu.

I’ve been to this location 3 times and every time they mess up the order in a big way. The employees are super unfriendly and inattentive. Super disappointing because we used to frequent the pelham road location.
Edit: i went back for the first time in a couple years and had the same issues. They forgot my side of plantains (i ordered the family of 4 meal). I also asked for guava bbq sauce and what i got looks like little cups of mayonnaise. This place seems to be very poorly run.
Have visited this location 6 times in the last three months at various times of the day (peak and nonpeak hours). EVERY SINGLE ORDER PLACED HAS BEEN VERY VERY WRONG! Im not talking about them leaving off one item. Im talking about ordering a deluxe classic and paying for the deluxe classic and being given an entirely different meal (cuban something). Several times I have ordered the deluxe classic and am constantly given the classic instead. When I pay BIG MONEY to add things like $1 for cheese or $1 for black beans they read the ticket as those (paid for added items) are the only items i want in the bowl???? This location needs to be retrained and people with greater attention to detail hired! The locations in Greenville are NOT run like this! Not one time has anyone apologized and offered a refund to make it right. Not once! The expectation is stand around and wait again while we remake your entire plate again. It has become so common, when I leave the drive through and come back inside with the tray the staff says, you were the one who got the cuban a few weeks ago. And I explain how EVERY order I have ever received has been wrong. They laugh! Like they take pride in purposely messing peoples orders up.

I went and dine in had a salmon bowl my spouse called from Prisma hospital and asked to get her a salmon bowl. I order to go for her took it to her for her lunch when i got there was no Salmon only Veggie. I called to ask why there was no Salmon the guy asked me to take the food back my spouse kept it because she was hungry he made me wait to verify if what I was saying was true and 10 mins after he said to pick it up and than had to wait 15-20 min when I got there. Terrible service I love the restaurant and food but service is really bad.

Ordered Yucca fries, no prices on the menu but how much could they cost? $3.29 (pre tax), okay but I'm gonna get more than I can count on one hand? Nope. I got 4.
The chicken Caesar pita ($8.50 pre tax) with no price on the menu was also very salty.
EDIT: In reply to your reply, the paper menus on the counters do not have prices on them. The TV screen menus have so much glare on them that nobody can read them on a sunny day because they are directly across from a wall of windows that go from ceiling to floor.
Furthermore, your music is way too loud and echos because there is no sound absorbed on hard floors and windowed walls.
I wouldn't expect anyone who doesn't know the difference between 'are' and 'our' to understand any of what I just said but let me assure you that this isn't the way to keep customers.
