Hey I know it's hard for everyone working these days especially in fast food. This store was doing well for several weeks then something changed and service has gotten so very very slow evening and night time wait times have become unreasonable. 45 min to over an hour for only 5 or 6 cars through in an hour. What happened? 😢😢😢

Night shift is always slow on purpose they take an order and wait until that person gets the food at the window before they take another order with a line to the road..night shift makes Wendys loose so much money it’s ridicules

This store is just so disappointing on every level. Had to order door dash and pay the fees and taxes and tips TWICE and the order was still wrong on the second time around. It’s honestly astounding how hard they try to mess it up.

I just left this location and I'll say it again on March 7th 2025 The food is always fast and very good at this location! Sometimes the customer service could use a little work but you know everybody has their days but the food is always good and very fast
Great little road meal the 4 for 4 or 5 for 5 . They make it fresh too kudos ! Had to take back one star tonight the fries and the chicken nuggets were old. And I know everybody makes a mistake but the girl packing. The bag should have felt that they were pretty much cold.

I placed a drive-through order on the evening of Dec 29. When I arrived, the only female staff member on duty was extremely rude. She demanded that I get out of my car without offering any explanation. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It made me upset and disappointed.

I bought a hamburger last night and ate it. The hamburger was cold. It gave me a severe stomachache after eating it. I think this needs to be changed.

The gentleman working this morning around 8:30 in the drive thru was so kind and thoughtful. I went to pick up my mobile order, he told me it would be about five more minutes which it was, I was totally okay with waiting since I had just placed it shortly before. When he brought me my food he surprised me with a drink as an apology for waiting, I thought that was really sweet. If you want affordable, quick breakfast that actually tastes good, go to Wendy’s.

Half my order was wrong. I tried calling the restaurant about my order but they will not answer the phone. Plus I don't live in clemson. I literally just stopped there after work and I don't feel like going back and I shouldn't have too. I just wish people would do a better job at actually doing their job correctly.

I made an online order and waited 47 minutes, max 5 cars in front of me. The food was good besides the fries, they were cold and tasted old... completely beats the point of fast food if you wait an hour for it. I don't blame the workers though, it's not fair to them to have limited workers on a weekend, on top of a FOOTBALL

The food at Wendy’s is what it is 🤷🏻♂️ but they have a man the register named David who is above and beyond the best employee in the building. All the other workers give you that “idgaf” stare but this man actually cares and takes care of people.
Whatever you are paying him, it ain’t enough and if I could do it I’d hire him away from you.
