Clemson Wendys has changed their morning DT hours to 8am. We arrived at 7:56 AM and were told to back out of the drive thru as not to mess up their drive thru time. Then still took 5 minutes to make 2 sandwiches.

Literally the worst drive through experience. The lady working on 12/6/25 at around 10:30-10:45pm was extremely mean for no reason. From the moment we tried ordering, she was short, rude, and unhelpful. We ordered a kids nugget meal, 3 pc tender, and 2 junior frosties which should have come out to be around $12 or $13. She told us our total was $31. We obviously said that makes no sense and she just had such a rude response. As we pull up to the window and are trying to sort out the price, she continued giving us wrong totals, finally says Have a goodnight, and we say that we still haven’t gotten all of our food. She has an extremely snarky response saying she’s working on it even though she clearly just told us to leave. We got it kind of sorted out with the manager but just don’t waste your time at this location, and management needs to do better with the politeness of their employees. Absolutely no reason for a bad attitude and unkind behavior.

Had an awful experience this morning . When I order I speak loudly and repeat myself . Ordered a 2/3$ meal deal & a cold foam coffee w vanilla . The order was still rang up separately & a cold brew coffee w creamer was rang up . The total ended up being almost $3 more than what I usually pay .the lady who took the order seemed to be in training bc she was in normal clothing . which is fine mistakes happen but I wanted it corrected . I asked for them to refund and charge me what I was supposed to be charged.. the African American girl with small long braids /twists argued w me about the difference & about what I ordered vs what the employee rung up .& said she would have to take the food back if she refunded it . (Duh ) I didn’t ask you to refund my entire order I asked for the difference to be refunded . I was handed a Carmel iced coffee I asked for a vanilla cold foam coffee . There’s a difference. I was CLEAR when ordering .she took the coffee back in through the window and poured the same coffee in another cup and put cold foam in it . I asked for vanilla . Instead of arguing with me about what I ordered how about making the order right the first time . . There’s abs no consistently when it comes to ordering the coffees .i ask for the same thing every time and get a diff coffee everytime . The employees need to learn the difference of them all & pay attention when taking orders . A guy manager came and corrected my total , through the drive through.cool problem solved . I left only to have to come back bc the sandwich i ORDERED (cheese & sausage muffin ) had no cheese but egg. Even the kitchen made it wrong .This is the 3rd time i turned around . The coffee still wasn’t right . The lady steady telling the other employee not to remake my coffee bc SHE ALREADY MADE IT RIGHT the 1st time . I said out loud it wasn’t made right the first time I asked for vanilla that taste like Carmel . and she responded “I wasn’t talking to you” on top of “I work her & you don’t know me “ w eye rolls and teeth smacks . Only to take the cup back and pour it into another AGAIN. She Doesn’t wear a name tag (on purpose I’m sure ) I’m here atleast three times a week and I refuse to return I will not be treated like this @ a place I spend my money weekly .

Service was horrible through the drive through. We spent $77 on food for our family of 5 for them to short us 2 combos and when I go inside to tell them, the little girl acted like I was lying and that she gave me all my food. I went out and got my husband to handle it and the little girl called him a liar. He offered to pay for the 2 combos again we just wanted our food to go home. Don't go here, I will be calling in the am for camera footage to be pulled. This young lady was way out if line

A young brown skin lady with little twists in her hair was extremely rude to me for no apparent reason. I pick up and drop off for doordash and has never had a problem out of anyone at this Wendy's until now. Go figure it's always your own people

We waited in line for almost 10 minutes while 5 employees stood around. We were waited on by a young African American lady with red and blonde extensions to her waist , I do not know her name because she had no name tag. The hair was not restrained. I purchased a large drink with my meal but was never given my cup. When I asked for my cup she slammed a small cup on the counter. When I informed her I purchased a large drink I get teeth sucking and eye roll. I have not eaten here in three years and I won’t be back. It’s a shame because I live in Clemson.
