The whole time my family was trying to eat the staff members were yelling and cussing at each other. There was even another man in there with a smaller child who had to witness it.

Worst experience ever was not feeling well abd handnt eaten fir two days. So I ordered online so a friend could pick it up. They refused to fill the order claiming it wasn’t in the system an were very rude to my friend.. she had given tge confirmation number. Then I called then and they were rude to me and said that I was personably had to come pick it up.. when I arrived they gave me the wrong order. Even when I showed them my receipt for that store the continued to be very rude and continued to make me wait 15 more min. I had to get out of my care to confront them. I was about to call the police for refusing to fill the order I steady paid for. NEVER going back ever.

The wait was over 30 minutes for our small order. The workers were moving so slow, the only one who was moving around at a fast pace was a young man who was angry and cussing, he actually yelled Gods name in vain while we all (customers) were waiting in line. This place was once a nice place to go..sad day today :(

Went on my break. Drive thru was extremely slow. When I finally did get my food, the employee was rude. My burger and fries were cold, I was missing a nugget in my 4 ct, and for some reason, the sweet tea tasted like Dawn dish soap. Wouldn’t recommend.

I went with a friend to get lunch for the day. We went through the drive through and did separate orders. Once we got to the window to pay, I handed them my friend’s and got the card back. Then I handed over mine and was immediately given the food and drink by a nice worker that not in uniform. I drove off to go do other hands. Then I realize I did not get my card back. I return to the establishment and the workers tell me that they don’t know who I am referring to when I describe who was at the window. One even recommends I just get anew card. They get the manager and he informs me that the cashier forgot to give me my card because he left it in the machine and only realized after i drove off. The manger then tells me he put my card in a 24 hour lockbox, so now I cannot get my card til tomorrow because a worker did not give it back to me. This has been a very stressful and frustrating situation to deal with and it’s not even over.

The food us usually good, just a little slow. Just went around 11pm tonight and there were only 2 cars in front of me at the intercom. Waited 20 minutes, and only one of them got through so I left. Why say you're open when your store is dysfunctional? Just close at 9.

Went to this Wendy’s a few months ago and had a hair in my salad, but just figured it was a one-off occurrence. As I was driving through Clemson today I decided to give it another try and had yet another hair in my salad. I called to notify the manager and asked for a refund. She did not seem very empathetic and said they could not mail a refund since I live farther away. I will not be visiting the location again.
