They were out of all Ribeyes and NYStrip. The only steaks they had was sirloin. My husbands steak was not cooked right.
I love eating here. Good food and great service.
They have the best Steak!! Good cuts, very tender and cooked PERFECT!! I'm telling you this because if you ask for rare like I do be prepared for RARE!! This isn't Applebees or such it is a steak house!! If you like the food bar, they have a great selection and very good!! The SALAD bar is by far the best around here!! FRESH FOOD and if you can prove it's your Birthday your meal is free!! Ask For Sissy and tell her how your experience was!! Angela
Great! Slap full of patrons. Those employees were awesome. They handled every thing like it was a cake walk. 2 THUMBS up. Awesome job guy's😉
Great food. Service could have been alot better. Several empty glasses on more than 1 occasion. But it was packed so maybe understandable!!
Throwback to old steakhouses but still great! I love the sirloin tops w mushroom gravy!!
Didn't even know Western Sizzlin was still in business. Driving and saw it, turned around and stopped in. Glad we did! Pretty much country style cooking. Good variety on the salad bar. That day there was the optional seafood bar. A lot of toppings for a baked potato or sweet potato. I had liver and onions. Don't make it at home 'cause the hubby hates it. Yummy. The building is very old and restaurant outdated, only reason for the 4 star, not 5. Servers really friendly as was the cashier. Will go again if in that area.
It's unusual for our visits, but food from buffet was barely warm, especially the country fried steaks that day. However the green beans were hot and delicious.
This place is one of my favorites as far as eating a great steak but at a cheaper price. It's very nice inside and out. Large parking area. Booths and tables accommodating with booster seats and high chairs for the smaller ones. They also can handle large groups by pushing tables together to fit the number that's in your group. Also, they have a separate party room for birthdays or any occasion. When you go in there's always a long line to order your food. But the line moves very quickly. So you get a tray and silverware. Then tell them what you want to drink and they put it on your tray. There's a menu hanging above and when you get to the end of the line you order what you want. A girl will ring up your ticket then go to any booth or table that you want. When you finish you go to the register and then pay. They will take cash, credit, debit, and checks. Now they have a salad bar with about anything you could want to make a great salad. Also a soup bar, a dessert bar, a potato bar and ice cream bar with lots of toppings. Your waitress will keep bringing you hot rolls as much as you like. They have the option for you to order a steak, chicken, pork, etc. and more from the menu or they have a bar with all you can eat home-style cooking. Usually, 3 or 4 types of meat and potatoes cooked in different ways. Several other veggies. Plenty to choose from. The potato bar has all kinds of toppings for your baked potato. Great place to eat and you will never go away hungry. As you leave that's when you pay your ticket. It's a very family friendly place. People go dressed up or wear jeans or shorts and t-shirts. You are welcomed but not judged. Go try it you won't be disappointed or hungry when you leave.
Always had an excellent experience here but today was disappointing. Food was way undercooked and quality was not good even after twice returning it. Hopefully the cooks were just having a bad day. Hope we dont have to find a new favorite place to eat

Great food. Excellent service. Good bang for your buck !!!
This place is kind of like stepping into a time capsule. It looks like it came right out of the eighties or seventies. It is kind of a neat experience. Food here is generally good and yeast rolls are to die for. The staff is lovely.
I ordered the beef tips and mushroom gravy. The gravy was inedible. I was unimpressed with the choices and quality of the food. I won't return here.
My steak was prepared just the way I like it. WS has their own steak sauce that is you must try, taste better than A1 steak sauce
I went for my Birthday this year. Food was great, meal was pretty much entirely free due to my choice in entree. Came with a salad and a piece of cake, also free under the Birthday rules. I loved, I would definitely eat there again.
