Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I knew I was gonna dread going to this zaxby's, when I pulled around there was some girls in a car talking to some employees they work there, and they told her she was blocking the drive through and she commented I could go around. Got up to the window, ordered the quesadillas. They said they stopped serving them on Sunday. Even though the sign was still up so I ordered a nibbler meal with loaded fries in the meal. And my order was $29 when I got up to the window, they had charged me for a whole order of loaded fries. I explained to them. I didn't want a whole order of loaded fries that the sign offered?Your fries to be loaded on your combo meal. Twice, I said, make sure there was ranch not zaxby sauce they said, yes.There's ranch, there's no ranch on them but zaxbys sauce and there's like two pieces of bacon and a little bit of cheese on the fries

Mind you I use to work at this Zaxbys, I figured what's the harm in grabbing some ice bc my frige broke. The front wasn't doing absolutely anything, just waiting for food to come. People where saying hello to me. But God forbid your crew is polite. Monaca told everyone to get back to their stations not to talk to me. I didn't realize I couldn't be a customer. Thanks anyway. Never going to zaxbys for a job or food again. 0 stars

Tried to get a order at the walk up they ignored me or looked at me like i was stupid

Often I have no problems visiting this location but to have ordered my meals, wait 15 minutes and then only receive 6 fries in one of my plates… no words. My wings were fine, but again, no fries and no sauce. The service was great and nice but this is unacceptable. I understanding getting ready to close but there’s 1 car in front on me, no excuses truly.

Quick and efficient service, and the food is great. The employee that helped me (Jason) was very kind and had a great attitude. As someone who has managed restaurants for over a decade, employees who show that level of respect and kindness are hard to come by. Highly appreciated

Yeah, it's a fast food chain and reviews oft don't mean much, however, I just have to leave one for this location. It is so poorly managed. One guy will be making all the orders while the other 5 stand around and talk. I have had to wait patiently for minutes while a crew member had my completed pick-up order hanging in their hand a few feet away from me so they could finish their conversation before handing the food off. I have also been snapped at by the manager here. I guess she had decided to close the store early as I came in at 9:50pm for my pickup order just for her to tell me that the store was closed and she wouldn't be giving it to me. I was confused as the location closes at 11pm, and even if it was 10, why wasn't it ready for 9:50?
Tiger Blvd has so many options lol, save yourself the trouble.

Great service and oh my goodness our meals were delicious! The best fast food restaurant in this area. Glad I chose Zaxbys for my birthday meal🙏❤️

Wonderful staff and my food was correct. I can tell there have been some changes. I don’t care what some people have to say about this place. If you haven’t worked in a fast food restaurant you have no clue what goes on and the rude people they have to put up with.

I went there just now and the man taking orders was so rude and disrespectful. I told him I wanted something specific and he gone snap back at me about the food I wanted and said he was going to do it his way. So I ended up leaving because I refuse to be disrespected getting my meal for lunch
