I patiently waited in line for at least 20 minutes....I was absolutely craving a beef and cheddar. After finally giving my order, I waited another 15 minutes before they called my name and gave me my sandwich but not the milkshake I ordered. I waited patiently for it when he asked me what I needed, I told him, and he gave me a cup that did not even resemble what was advertised.I take my meal to my vehicle and hit the road, trying in vain to eat the sloppy mess of a sandwich that they served me. Never again, Arby's !!!

Doesn't like giving napkins and the service is poor. Will avoid this location on my next pass thru.

Food order was accurate, restaurant clean, and meal decadent (for Arby’s - that is.)

Got our food in the drive-through and the people were very nice and our order correct when we received it. Really good food. It's what I expect to get when you go to Arby's. Other Arby's should take notes from here.

Do not go to this location. Upon paying, the cashier rounded up the total to the nearest dollar for charity without asking. It's a small amount of money, but cashiers should not be taking any amount of money from customers without asking. Make sure you check your receipts.Secondly, Arbys should not advertise happy hour at all locations if it is not actually at all locations.

Typically only write positive reviews, but I must insist on sharing how disappointed I was at this Arby's.My wife and I both ordered a #1 -medium- (Classic beef and cheddar) with curly fries and the Blueberry Lemonade they are currently advertising. The food was sub par, and the fries were almost room temperature, and seemed to barely pass as a medium if we combined both of our fries together! We checked the bag to see if this was a mistake as the fries must have spilled! This was not the case. We then double checked our receipt to see if we were billed for smalls... Also not the case. The most disappointing part was the "medium" drinks! They gave us two 10oz cups that were a little more than half filled with ice! They literally seemed like children's cups.DO NOT recommend for the price.

Horrible! I don't eat roast beef. I ordered Wagyu burger meal only to arrive home 30 min later to find a roast beef sandwich I did NOT order.

Waited over 15 minutes in drive thru. Finally gave up, walked inside and food was sitting on counter. Never again.

Ordered in app at 11:49 am for asap - app showed 11:55 pick up, showed up at 12:05 pm and food was not ready. Went to counter to ask staff about order and was ignored for 8 minutes standing at the register. Then was informed they were out of a menu item so they substituted it. After 35 total minutes received food and the beef and cheddar sandwiches were cold, the shake didn’t have whip cream on it. Overall very disappointed. Was traveling thru the area and looking for a good meal - I’ll be looking elsewhere next time I come thru town.
