I don't usually see restaurants that getting better with time, however, today is proof this one has. The Fried Alaskan White fish was better than ever before and I have been here many times. Service was outstanding ! Everything was Fantastic !

I had the hamburger steak. From the menu it appeared to be topped with gravy. There was no gravy, just a dry piece of meat. I ate about 1/4 of it. I never got my green beans. The baked potato was excellent. Atmosphere goid, clean

Food is consistently great. Have been enjoying Blue Ocean for 10+ years. But...while I understand food costs are high, you need to raise prices (as they have) and maintain portions or keep prices the same and serve smaller portions. You can't do both but it seems they have. Pic is what was under my order of baby shrimp. And this is after eating 3 or 4 hush puppies. Handful of shrimp spread over the top of what is bascoall and order of fries and hush puppies. Looks great when you open the to go box until you realize it's all fries and hush puppies. Taste great and friendly service but skimping and trying to camouflage the change. $16 plate of sides basically.

Ordered fish sandwich and got burnt chicken couldn't tell the difference, it tasted like burnt grease!

Favorite seafood restaurant! Even though it's an hour away, it's definitely worth the drive. The food is always consistently great and the employees are are always super friendly. The fried grouper, deviled crab and baby shrimp is my favorite. I also love the complimentary hush puppies.
