The only issue I had was with the actual ordering process. This Bojangles is typically good but I was not able to order one kids meal without yelling and repeating the single order into the box. The person running the to go window was not very helpful either. Kids meals are usually easy and this was not my experience

Stayed at a nearby hotel, we ordered our dinner, then waited and waited for our order, my wife asked several times about our order before it showed up 35 minutes after we initially placed our order. My food was decent and her sandwich was very hard. I called and complained about the service but never got acknowledgment back from the restaurant.
It was a bojangles. Food was freshly cooked, service was okay and it completely lacks atmosphere like every other fast food place.

Just left the drive through at this place and a guy told me they're closed.... it was 9:30 and the time on the door and on window says they close at 10.

I ordered a breakfast combo, it came with french fries which it was on menu as bo rounds..which I wanted as it was on menu, fries was to salty couldn't even eat them..drove back to store returned them ,was told they did not make bo round after breakfast hours...it never said that on menu.. its posted as served all day...lady was even rude..they remade fries .couldn't eat them ,now to greasy.. will never eat there again !!! Such a big deal to get meal as it's advertised on there menu !! Horrible experience
