Ordered 3 meals and waited at least 25 minutes. Workers were standing around talking and joking. Several people came in, ordered and left and we stood there forever. Finally someone asked did you order already? And we said yes three meals and she went back and started the order. It had never gone through! No apologies or acknowledgment. The unsweet tea was empty. Now for the good part… the food was great! The seasoning on the chicken batter and fries so tasty. Fries were hot. The ranch dressing we ordered didn’t come so we mentioned it again and they couldn’t find any :( Bathrooms and restaurant were clean. There were Christmas decorations on the table as if they started to take down and abandoned the job but that didn’t bother us. Just wanted to get on the road as we are traveling a distance and this set us back.

I hate to say it but this is the worst Bojangles I've ordered from. My order always disappoints me no matter what I get. Biscuits don't taste fresh ever. Today my fries were empty (how does that even happen?) like there was no potato in it. Just skin. They were barely seasoned. Covered with oil. It was disappointing. My drink was delivered almost halfway full. This is a waste to have door dashed and as a disappointing order.

I sat at the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken 15 mins.I said hello are u open,nothing.There were cars in line behind me so I drove to window.The young lady was standing on her cell phone looking at me.I said can anyone take my order.She said if u pull to speaker box,or come inside. I said I been sitting at speaker over 15 mins an now there is a long line.i am not able to come inside,she was rude an said well go to speaker if u want your order taken.Never out down her cell phone e.

I ask for extra seasoning on my fries everytime I go and it seems like they went out of their way to give me no seasoning on them. I’m sick of ordering my food a certain way, it’s not like I’m asking for a lot literally just sprinkle some seasoning on there, and getting the complete opposite. I will no longer be going to this bojangles. Trash service, trash food and trash everything. Only good thing about it is the breakfast and even that’s questionable.

BoJangles’ biscuits and gravy are on another level. The biscuits are soft, buttery, and fresh every time, and when you add that rich, flavorful gravy—it’s perfection. Honestly, they’re so good I find myself going to grab one almost every day whenever I’m in town. Comfort food done right. Highly recommend!

There’s a guy that was working the drive thru today as well as Tuesday, (8/5 & 8/7). bright blue eyes. I wanna come and say hes amazing. everybody ive came in contact with here has had no manners (besides an older lady). My food needed to be cooked and he updated me multiple times while i waited. The sweetest fast food worker i have ever encountered with. He definitely deserves some recognition, for his outstanding customer service! give that man a raise!

I guess they forgot they pulled me up or something. As I make this review I have been sitting here for 20 minutes. They have no other cars and I can clearly see them playing around back there but unfortunately the doors are locked so I can't even try to get my own food.
