Have really tried to like this Bo’s but it really the worst one I’ve been to. Have visited here over 10 times and each time, it’s a disaster and disappointment. This is the last time. Consistently doesn’t have chicken, staff could care less about customer service. As I sit here now, there are 4 more angry and frustrated customers at the counter.
If you’re traveling, look somewhere else.

It's pretty good here, had to wait a little bit but they keep us informed on everything. Here and there when they're busy they might forgot to add some sauces or something but if you tell them, they get it fixed for you right away.

I live across the street, this is the fifth time drive thru was slow. Wait time 20 minutes each time. Last time man manager gave me excuse shuft change.
Maybe it was just a bad day for them but our order took 15+ minutes and when we finally got it all the sides and sauces were wrong. The soda machine drain was clogged and so they also decided to just let it flood one corner of the restaurant.

Very rude. Paid almost $17 for 2 Cajun filet biscuit combos and asked for 1 honey mustard to be told it would cost another 28 cent. When i questioned why i couldn't have one sauce after spending that much i was treated rudely. I've been to bojangles all over SC and none of them have ever had an issue giving me one sauce. Won't stop here again.

At 6:47 pm I pulled into the driveway at and ordered a 3 wing and a side dinner. My order was taken and I sat in the line for 25 minutes. After finally reaching the windows, I was advised that the only chicken they had was three breasts nothing else. Furthermore they explained that it would take 12 to 20 minutes to wait for chicken to be cooked. Of course I drove off but I'm wondering 🤔 💭 how does an establishment that say they sell chicken never have any chicken? This is the reason why I'm going to start cooking at home. Thank you bojangles for steering me in the direction of never patronizing your establishment because across the nation your customer service is always so lack luster!
