Terrible service waited 25-30 mins for 8 pc chicken and fixins 10/10/24 at 12:30pm. Just off the interstate on a long drive to eastern NC and no warning that we were waiting for chicken to be cooked. How can no chicken be cooked during lunch hour. Also asked for unsweetened tea and received sweet. No updates from staff and management so if a staffing problem somebody should have updated us.

It was very frustrating to pull up and the menu say “Breakfast served all day every day” and when i ordered two breakfast items. was told that it was almost 8:00 and didn’t have any and couldn’t make any. Also, the peach cobbler which was on the digital display - Associate says “Oh, we haven’t had that in a long time”

The front person looks at me and she walked away and say away for 5 minutes I... and other people was waiting on miss lady she was no t nice a friendly at all I away eat her 4 .5 times a week please go by like u a couple u see WHT I mean the sever ....is bad I not eating there no more I will tell others people about this this bad place is beside the supper end Clinton sc ...this will bring your company down fast ...and this is not good ? ? ?

Worst experience ever at this location, passing through from GA on hwy 72 I have stopped here many times but this last will be my last time! Service was terrible and it took 25 minutes to get food that should have been already prepared, no way it should have taken 25 minutes to cook a 2 piece meal and a cajun filet biscuit combo! Another customer that had already ordered 3 chicken wings before I even arrived at the restaurant ended waiting 35 minutes for his order!

We stopped by for a quick bite to eat later. The cashier at the to go window was very patient and kind. The chicken was fried nicely and had a good taste. We ordered green beans, Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes which were really good. The dirty rice has large pieces of sausage so just be careful of that. I ordered the peach cobbler but was not a fan because it was a little rubbery.

I went through the drive thru today, had to my send my drink back because it was too watered down. Left and had to come back again because second drink was also too watered down. Tried to get the supervisor attention but he looked at me rolled his eyes and walked passed me. I also wanted to tell him that the chicken that was given to me was undercooked and for him to be aware for other orders. A few staff were nice but him and the others were just rude. I could have gotten sick from the chicken but the supervisor seemed to careless. If Customer service is not your thing, perhaps find another field of work that will better suit you so customers won't have to deal with the attitude.

I ordered a Chicken Sandwich add tomato & extra pickles. NO lettuce. I got lettuce and no tomatoes. Service was slow but attentive. The gentleman who took my order was very nice. Seemed understaffed. Place was clean.

I stop here traveling from out of state. Every time the food is fresh. The lady who took my order was very nice. I enjoy the out door tables as well. Its hard for me to actually believe the lower ratings.
