I worked at this location for 2 yrs a loyal hard working employee just to go into work on 10/02 work my normal shift and an hour after I got off from my shift they decided to shut the store down with no reason to give us employees seeing all theses reviews you have to understand it wasn’t always the employees it’s the big people over the employees obviously they don’t care about anything but the money the company brings in. So imagine working for the shitty ass company remind you I only done it bc it worked great with my two kids! And the Lauren’s location is no different!

Sunday evening, 3 cars in front of me, took 30 minutes to get my food. If I wasn't so hungry, would've drove away. Never again. Seems like so many fast food joints under-staffed, or poorly staffed.

No drive thru answer 4 ppl out back appearing to be on smoke break late night ppl are important as well. I didn't pack my lunch for my 3rd shift job due to my desire for Burger king however to find after checking my tools on the hours of operation to be 12 am just perfect for a 10pm supper

They rarely make an order correctly. They are almost always out of sauces and chicken. They don't answer the drivethru and they make you wait 20-30 minutes before giving you your order.

Went here at 10:15 sat in drive through for 5 minutes nobody said anything another car that was sitting there before me pulled away and i did too as someone else yelled they arent gonna take your order this place is so unprofessional went to wendys got a answer and some food??‍♀️

I got here at 10:59 and no one took my order ! Online it says it close at 12am ! And today is Sunday !!! Close this place down , bad for business. None of the workers take there job seriously because this isn’t the first time this has happen !!!

They are so rude I called them they answer and said “What do you want” and I asked if u had som chicken fries they said “ Yea if u want some come get some” And then they hung up. So I’m not really happy with that and she had a attitude.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Worst service I ever experienced. "TOMMY", the manager, couldn't honor the menu price, because there was no "button", and apparently all he knows how to do is push a pre-programmed button. Train your employees better, especially a manager. How could a manager not know how to apply a discount. The price was displayed on inside and outside menus, so what's the problem? DO NOT EAT HERE!

This is the second bad experience at this Burger King location. Sometimes places have an off day, so we were hopeful this second try would be different. We were wrong...They were out out of two things we wanted with our food order, chocolate chip cookies and the new Panda Sundae they're advertising, so we settled for the Hershey pies. Then it took FOREVER for our food. We waited at least 20 minutes sitting in the drive through to pay then we were instructed to pull around and park so they could bring us the rest of our order. We waited...and waited for another 10 minutes...so finally went in to ask if our order was ready yet. The response was "what was your drive through order?"No apology or acknowledgement that they were supposed to bring it out to us like they said they would.... Then when asked if we could have bbq sauce to go with the nuggets that we waited forever on, which we were then told "they're out" and gave us a ranch and a buffalo sauce because that's all they had and no ketchup for fries as requested.This place is a joke. Don't waste your money and do yourself a favor and just go to another fast food location. We won't be back and learned our lesson this second go around.
