Kitchen staff not great. Waitress & manager awesome. Medium well steak was cooked to death & not edible. They did a great job of making it right. Thanks again yall!

My wife and I stopped hers while traveling as I had eaten at other Fatz locations years prior. This experience was terrible as both the food and service were terrible. Our waitress seemed high on something and had a difficult time entering our order on her remote device. She was extremely difficult to understand and unfriendly. Her phone rang and she interrupted taking another tables order to talk. The food was horrible and pretty much inedible. We asked the young hostess for a manager but she couldn't locate one. I put cash on the table and we got out of there. We will never go to another Fatz restaurant.

This Fatz is right off the interstates in a less than desirable location. I thought I was getting lost at first as the road is a little hidden but it's right besides the gas station and you follow it back until you can see the hotel. The staff was friendly but the table was sticky, food was disappointing, and it felt like our server was rushing us out when we were 1 of only 4 tables in the entire restaurant. We finished with a cheesecake dessert, definitely not worth the 7 dollars they charge for it. Save yourself a visit and go to the Zaxbys right up the road for chicken strips.

Our whole family called our order in for pick up. One of us ordered the summertime salad with salmon and the person taking our order said sorry it comes with chicken and you can't substitute. However, when we were inside picking up our food we looked at the menu and you could order the salad with chicken, salmon, or steak. He also told me they couldn't make the pasta with chicken. We ordered a bowl of soup to get a small cup and the pasta we ordered was in a small to go box. If you order out, the food for sure isn't worth the price. Of course all restaurants downsize their proportions for take out vs if you were inside restaurant. We also ordered a side order of sweet potato that they left out of the order. Not the best overall. Just make sure if you are taking an order that you know your menu. It's annoying to call in what we see online and are told that's not an option.

My sister and I were just about the first people in the restaurant for lunch. My sister ordered the special of the day which was all you can eat ribs and I ordered the calabash chicken. After an hour we still had no food and no one else in the dining room had food either. Surely the special of ribs had to be cooked a long time and be ready to go. We decided to leave and the hostess offered no apologies. No pictures of food since it never arrived.

Good food, loved strawberry salad, service was really good and fast. Relatively clean. A bit expensive Restraunt was almost empty even though it was Friday night at 6pm, would definitely recommend. It's hard to find, there's not a very obvious way to get there from the main road and google maps doesn't really know how to navigate it, you have to turn into the gas station or one of those fast food restraunts and then drive back behind it. It's between the strip of gas stations and the hotel.Vegetarian options: Good salads, I think summer strawberry salad is vegan if you ask for no blue cheese. Might also be able to make the Asian salad vegan.

When we asked how much longer it would be the waitress responded: “Do you see how many people are here?” The breaking point came when the waitress used the “F” bomb on 2 separate occasions. Loud enough for several tables to hear. The best was “We don’t have any F***ing cheese cake.” We actually waited about 15 more minutes and still no food. We left cash on the table for the drinks. Never coming back….NEVER

Don’t even waste your time coming here. You’ll get better food and service at the QT across the street.Took 2 1/2 hours from the time we sat to the time we left. And there was maybe 10 people when we first got thereOrdered two steaks rare with Mac and cheese with collards. Steaks were cooked well and they didn’t have any red wine for the collards. Was no reason to ask for a replacement due to the server never coming around and how long the kitchen took.Also ordered a kids calabash chicken and they were practically burnt.Ordered peach cobbler and I don’t know what the hell they brought out but it was not that, had to have it removed off the ticket. Then come to getting our check. That was ridiculous on time. That took about 20 mins and our server didn’t even do it some other person did.Absolutely horrible service all around and will not be back.

I came here with intentions of having a nice night out with my family. We sat in a seating area away from everyone. For there to be little to no customers , the service was slow. We got everything progressively slower. My brother and I didn't receive our food until I asked for a manager after an hour of waiting. I reside in this town and won't be attending ever again.

There were less then 10 customers in restaurant and it took over 2hrs from start to finish. It took 20 min just to get rolls which were over cooked. Took over a hour to get food. Then we got very small amount of food plus it was all over cooked. Absolutely the worst food and slowest service I have ever experienced. We were told they didn't have any to-go cups.Even paying bill took a long time. This location needs to close with service and food as bad as this.
I placed an online order for 3 meals and set the pick up time for 5pm. I can not believe I spent $50 on one of the worst meals I have ever eaten. My chicken wrap did not have noticeable chicken inside, but was full of the fried batter they add to the chicken. My husband ordered the large sirloin, green beans, and fries for $19.99. The green beans were straight from a can and wasn't even a single portion. The fries were not even with the meal. The sirloin was so tough it was very difficult to even cut in half. I wouldn't feed that to my dog. He could not eat his dinner and basically paid $19.99 for a scoop of can green beans. My son's chicken tenders and fries were awful. The chicken was over fried (very hard) and the fries were floppy and cold. I will not return. As for the service, it took almost 5 minutes for anyone to even speak to me. I was forced to walk through the dining room to notify the hostess I had been waiting in the take out area. The bar waitress walked by me almost 6 times without even saying hello or that someone would be over soon. It was the "not my job" attitude taken by the staff that surprised me.

The waitress was terrible, and even after I explicitly said i can not have onions due to allergies, I got a stack of onions in my BBQ sandwich. We also experience beyond reasonable delay in getting our drinks . To be specific, it was around 2:00 pm and they weren't busy at all. On multiple occasions, drinks were not refilled. Just simply pathetic customer service. I completely blame management. As for the food...it was very good.

It appeared to be the best of what was available. This place is near the freeway and a couple of gas stations. There are some chain fast food places in the area but this place looks like a step up. They showed us to a table that was sticky. When we complained about it our waiter said that is the way it is. We chose to order anyway because we were tired and just wanted to eat and get to our hotel for the night. When a server brought the food the salad was missing. I had ordered a chopped steak and was never asked how I wanted it, medium or well? It was brought medium. Just good enough for me. We had to ask for a catsup and a well used one was snatched off a nearby table. It was watery. I got up and switched it with one from the bar. We ate, we paid and left a small tip. Good night.

Fatz in Clinton, SC was terrible from the minute we walked in. The host was either debilitatingly tired, or maybe just miserable with his job. Either way, he was very unwelcoming. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Our appetizers looked like someone's leftovers. The "Loaded Fries with melted cheese, chives, and garnishments" was actually a clump of fries with some cold shredded cheese, nothing else. It looked so disgusting, like someone had ate most of the fries and all of the toppings. We asked for the manager and showed her the menu description and the plate. Her response was "Oh it's not dressed up enough for you?" No apology, nothing. She took the plate and brought it back 5 minutes later with all the garnishments, still no apology, just sat it down and walked off. All the while, we had been there almost an hour and still had not received our drinks or ordered our food! We asked for our bill so that we could leave. They tried to charge us for the drinks that we never received. The manager seemed very inconvenienced to have to take the drink charges off. We made sure she was aware that we'd been there over an hour and still haven't even ordered food or received drinks. She never offered a single apology or acknowledged any of it! Worst service and worst food we've ever experienced!!! A former employee told us several disgusting things about this particular Fatz location. Apparently we dodged a bullet by not eating there!
