It had been years since I had eaten KFC chicken, but because of the special they ran on each Tuesday I decided to give it a try. The chicken was so good, like it used to be back when the 1st came to the town I shopped in. So now I got chicken every week. Bit Tuesday, after Labor Day, I bought some and it was awful, back like it was when I stopped buying it. I heard there was a new manager there during the times it was good, and then I heard he was gone and that's when the good chicken was gone too. Whomever he was( if it's true) knows how to run a restaurant and serve food worthy of me buying it. I had told some of my friends about it being back up to tasting like KFC and now I got to tell them to but at their own risk. I'm disappointed and I'm sure I'm not the only one. When you got a good thing going for you, leave it along. I was excited about KFC for a short time, but good food makes me excited again.

This place serves the most stale food I have ever seen. This is not 2 pennies worth of crapp. Let alone $25 worth of food. Disgusting! Don't make the mistake I did. Stay as far away from this place as possible. If you are willing to serve this caliber of food, I wouldn't want to know what goes on where customers can't see.

Kfc/Taco bell... went to get my son some tacos and they told me they aren't serving tacos. It is in the name how do you decide to not sell it? They didnt get my business.

Asked for fresh fries and took them more than 20 minutes while the employees sat on their phone in the lobby. I will never go back. I hope they close itđ¤ˇââď¸

My Fill-Up box contained the scrawniest tenders ever, plus they were dry & not terribly fresh. No Utensils or Napkins in the bag so impossible to eat my side item. The hot fresh biscuit was delicious & the service was adequate.

Customer service and communication is non existent. They made a customer behind me leave the drive thru saying they close at 10 when the hours state 10:30 on the window and website also kept telling them they were out of anything the customer asked for. They over cooked my nacho fries the seasoning was even somehow burnt. If I wanted hard to bite glass crisp fries I would have asked. I was given my famous bowls without a lid and with seran wrap not even fully sealing them. Absolutely disgusted by the service and food safety here. Whoever worked that drive thru tonight needs to lose her job or be restrained entirely absolutely pathetic work ethic is what she has. Management needs to learn how to hire better quality workers or corporate needs to start cracking down on these things. Also your cooks need to learn how to cook sad you couldn't get a simple fry correct

Now this is a nice KFC restaurant and Taco Bell. Awesome customer service fresh chicken that was dropped at 9:30 at night. Much better than the Restaurant in Laurens.

We were there on a Friday early afternoon (May 22nd). The folks were very friendly and helpful and the food was good. The place was also very clean.

This combo restaurant is the last place you want to go. The old lady at the window gave us half our food and acted like it was everything we ordered. I always check the bag and we were missing the most expensive part of the mealâŚthe chic tenders. They did not ell us that it would be 15 minutes before we got them as they didnât have any ready. The chalupas were cold when we finally got everything and my chips in the nacho supreme were soggy. The young gal came to the window when the order taker was ignoring us and says âmy badâ and finally told us that they were frying up the tenders, while my food was getting cold. I wouldnât go there again if I was living on the streets and starving. They donât care about customer service and need to explain to customers that the food may take longer, so you can decide if you want to wait. They should have waited until the chicken was ready before making the tacos and nachos so we both had hot food. This place needs to shut down or do better. 8 chicken tenders, 2 chalupa supremes and a nachos bell grande cost us $35.00!
I went there for the second time. The first time was terrible. The food was cold. They made me wait like 30 minutes for a three-piece order. The place was dirty and the employees were arrogant. This second time I went, the employee, a woman, was so racist toward us and yelled at me because I asked her a price. I'm Latina and I felt discriminated against. I spoke to the person in front of me kindly just because he's American. I will never go back to that place again in my life.
The wait is long but the food was good. This location is improving it had declined
