Floors dirty, seats and chairs dirty, saw 2 employees walk in from smoking without washing hands, serving ready-to-eat food without gloves, very rude when trying to ask for assistance. Place reeks of cigarette and other horrible stuff. I get that McDonald's have low standards, but this isn't low, this is 6 feet under. If this place received a health inspection it would surely fail

They didn't put all the food we ordered in the bag and we didn't realize it until we were back on the road. Also, the French fries were limp, greasy and gross. Overall bad experience.

Drove up to drive thru 3 cars ahead of me. 2 cars started backing up and they left. The 1st car drove on and a lady said can I help you, we said 1 minute please. We tried to talk and leave our order No one came back on. We kept saying hello? Hello? 4 .minutes later we left. We could see people in the window, I don't know, it was weird.

Decided to give this store a second try today on the way back from a fishing trip. It amazes me that a business can remain open when operated the way this McDonalds is operated. Orders were only being taken through the kiosk which makes ordering nearly impossible for anyone who isn’t that great with technology. Most of the patrons 65 and older just turned around and walked out. The paper receipt printer was out of paper making it nearly impossible to figure out whose order was who’s…. The staff was lethargic at best and had no business in a position of customer service. It would be more efficient to order your lunch from the DMV. It took 22 minutes to receive a double cheese burger meal. If the owner of this franchise is aware of the way this store, they have no business owning any store. If not, they should be. I was embarrassed for them. If you're hungry enough to eat at McDonalds, save yourself a half hour and go to the gas station next door and grab a candy bar.

Truck driver parked next door and when to grab something to eat and was told they don’t have enough people drive thru only and people are on the inside waiting for food plus can’t drive an 18 wheeler thru the drive thru. SMH I wouldn’t say anything if people wasn’t already inside waiting on orders
