Traveling from Greenville, South Carolina to Columbia, South Carolina we have always stopped in Clinton McDonald’s due to it being halfway point. Today we were told they would not take our order unless we ordered through a kiosk, even though they did have somebody standing at the register. She told us her manager said she stands there, but doesn’t take orders. We don’t normally order through a kiosk because we specialize our orders and the kiosk is just not set up that way. We prefer to order by person. as we were leaving, we heard the manager talk about us and He didn’t care if people had an attitude. Mine knew we did not have an attitude. We just asked if we could order in person because we did not use the kiosk. When we found out, they wouldn’t take our order. They also told us to just use the drive through. We said we’ll take our business somewhere else. The manager was the one with the attitude so I stepped back in and told him there was no attitude. We just prefer ordering in person and we’ve tried the kiosk before and it just doesn’t work for us. Instead of the manager, stepping up and saying no problem, we’ll take your order he continued to speak on a negative manner about us to his employee. If he had the ability to come out and speak negatively about us to his employee, Why didn’t he just step up and take our order. I’ve worked in fast food for many years of my life. I understand how a manager supposed to work and this was not it. Sadly, we will not be stopping in Clinton McDonald’s anymore.

This place is HORRIBLE! I'm on the road traveling in a vehicle that I can't just park anywhere. Luckily for me there's a McDonalds across the street from the hotel that I'm staying in, or so I thought. Going to the restaurant at 8:30, all the lights are off, and there is one lady working that's saying she's the only employee there and she's doing it all. I was a bit concerned for her, much less what kind of food I was getting ready to get. I did place the order and told her I hoped her night was going to get better. No response from her at all, but rightfully so I'm sure she was upset. Needless to say the food was subpar at best. Cold fries and warm burgers. So I go back in the morning to get coffee, and maybe food, and all we get is a bunch of idiots standing around talking about the night before. I wanted 2 coffees, you would have thought i drove up with a busload of senior citizens. Who ever owns this McDonalds need to close the doors, clean house, and try to find someone who gives a crap about life! None of those fools you have working for you are doing their jobs and you are certainly wasting your money to pay them, as well as making yourself look foolish.

Just stopped at this McDonald’s at 1:44 pm to get lunch for my kids on our way out of town. The nuggets were RAW! I didn’t realize it until after handing my 11 year old 6 entire nuggets and my 2 year old 2 nuggets. I have NEVER had that happen at any McDonald’s. We are going on a cruise in two days and if they get sick we are gonna have some problems. I will never be back here. If I could give zero stars I would.

Had a good experience at the McDonald's in Clinton, SC. The staff were friendly and my order was prepared quickly, which is always a plus when you're in a hurry. The food was fresh and exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's – consistently tasty and satisfying.
The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms. The only minor downside was that the drive-thru line was a bit long during peak hours, but the efficient service made up for it. Overall, a solid choice for a quick and reliable meal

First time at this McDonalds, people drove off so we decided to wait,sat there at Drive thru,nobody ever came,we decided to pull up to the window,a manager,I guess she was a manager by the shirt,came to the back window twice and didn't say a word to us,no explanation about why they're not moving or nothing,no smile,no wave,just a mean mug...definitely can't miss something we never had,that location!!!We came to Laurens

My boyfriend and I stopped in for a bite to eat on Monday November 18th(8:00 am). We are truck drivers and have been to many McDonald's around the USA .I have never did a review before but was blown away at how i got treated!!!! The lady at the counter was very rude and hateful to me and a elderly man. He needed assistance on the kiosk and I had to help him because she refused to. I've never seen someone treat people that way that works in customer service!!!!

Sat at drive though with no one on line for 20 minutes. Said hello like 5x. Went up to pay here window cause we thought maybe the speaker was broken. There was a truck parked at it with someone at the register but she or he didn’t even take payment from truck and walked away. We went around again and as we looked in the window there was 1 person getting food and the workers chatting with another person. When we got back to the speaker still nothing! Drive around to leave other truck was still sitting at pay here window and the woman was still just chatting away with someone inside. Worst place I have ever been to.

Would have been nice for the staff put up a sign to use the Kiosk it was after Helene was and we waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken they were to busy to even acknowledge us so we used the KIOSK. French fries were cold.
