The owner was very kind, taking a few moments to chat with us, even though we we were still in the shop eating after closing hours. There are a wide variety of flavors, and the scoops are huge! I had to take mine with me.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's hard for a wheelchair to navigate to the store. Sure, you can park directly in front but then you have to go to the end of the sidewalk to be able to get on the sidewalk with your wheelchair, and you need someone to hold the door and push you through due to the narrow steep incline.

First, let me say the ice cream itself was great. My complaint is with the overall customer service experience. This was my 1st time patronizing this business with my family. No other customers were in the store when we walked in. There were two ladies at the front counter & not one of them greeted us or asked if we needed any help. Also, when I asked the lady at the cash register a question, her answer was very condescending as if I should already know the answer. I had to let her know this was my 1st visit for Gods sake. I don’t care how great your product is if your customer service stinks. Please do some customer service training with your employees before you lose another paying customer.
