Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Service was absolutely bad and super slow, even when the parking lot was nearly empty and employees sitting around on their phones we waited a long time for anyone to even take our order. Chicken sandwiches were somehow overcooked outside and cold inside. Mostly tasted like mayonnaise, else no flavor. But worst is the bad service. Will never go back. Broken order signs, shopping carts, etc.

Went through drive-thru ordered 4 milkshakes she took my order then sat in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes got to the window to pick up my order and the young lady said before I scan your card the ice cream is not Frozen and it will take a while to refreeze and this was 10:00 p.m. they close at 11:00 and couldn't understand for some reason why there was a young man at the very back door of store with no shirt no shoes only a pair of shorts standing there talking to one of the employees very odd lol

Ordered on the app. Get there for pick up they give me 7 chicken sandwiches I ordered 6 and one Double cheeseburger. I go tell them they didn’t give me the double they said no we gave you 7 sandwiches. I said yea but no burger I had to give them the extra chicken back and wait almost 15 min fo the burger.

I have been to the sonic in Clinton SC 3 times now and ordered milkshakes paying 13.00 to 20.00 each time to get to going down the road and realize that they used straight whip cream with flavoring to make a milk shake I go back and the guy yeah our milkshake machine is down then why sale me something you can't make ask for my money back he said he couldn't do that .really but u charged me for a milk shake and give me whip cream .I'll never go back there ever again that's just unprofessional and grimy to do paying customers this way

I love their Strawberry cheesecake milkshake. It’s a delightful treat after a rough day at school. I wish they’ll have coupons for teachers 🤩😉

This is the worse sonic I have ever stopped at. Employees act like they are not concerned about customer satisfaction or product that they serve. Even after complainting about their product they did not attempt to correct the problem. I got the feeling the attitude was "oh well".
