If you don't eat undercooked bacon do not order the double smoked bacon,cheddar and egg sandwich. If you take a look at the bacon inside the sandwich it's white as if it has only been heated not cooked. I asked the young lady at the window about this and she said it was just squishy and all of these sandwiches were the same. Hopefully someone in corporate will read this and at least look into it. I can not be the only one that has complained about this, everyone is aware of the potential risk of eating undercooked pork.

Terrible experience. Asked for a white peppermint hot chocolate, got a white peppermint mocha instead. Also paid for a cookie and didn't get it. Don't recommend.

Just drove through this Starbucks on our way to visit family for the holidays, and Rupal helped us in the drive through. This was literally the best Starbucks experience we have ever had because of her. First, the voice over the intercom when ordering was so clear and receptive we almost thought it was AI. Then when we pulled up to the window, Rupal was very personable and helpful. She recommended how to make our Cortado better and then took the time to put cinnamon and a little brown sugar syrup in it. Then saw we had dogs and went out of her way to get them pup cups. There were others in line behind us but she made us feel like we were the only customers. Seriously, amazing customer service so much so that I wanted to write this review.

Had such a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to Rupal! She was super kind, really detailed, and had the biggest smile the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants to make your drink just right. She made our visit so much better. I honestly wish every Starbucks had someone like her!

We used the drive-thru, and the staff was super friendly! The latte I wanted was sold out, but I got a different one instead, and it was still good! The holiday to-go cup looks so festive and lovely!

Went inside and ordered two hot chai latte to go while traveling to Columbia Sunday Oct 26. No chai was used to make the drinks. Just the milk products. I’ve ordered plenty of the chai to know what they should taste like. They need to be trained on making their drinks.
