I just come through this location 8-2-24 @ 9:09am the staff there was complete jerks. 1. My husband got a Carmel crunch frappe and they messed it up. The cashier at the drive thur caught it and said something to the batista. The batista then caught attitude with her and us. And then tried to tell her to just give us the messed up drink knowing it wasn't right. And the cashier said no. And got even more of an attitude and it's all Because he couldn't follow directions or read instructions. 2. I got the hot Carmel macchiato with extra Carmel and they didn't even add the extra Carmel. It literally taste bitter and horrible. And they didn't even add the espresso. 3. We are regulars, and we go to Starbucks daily. We spend no less than a 20 a day on Starbucks. I don't complain. But not only was the attitude uncalled for, the order was messed up completely. And the disrespect is unacceptable. We are daily customers and if he would have just took a second and read the label. It wouldn't have been all this. 4. They hung up on me twice when I tried to call and let them know my order wasn't right. Not a happy customer

I just had an awful experience. at Starbucks. I downloaded the Starbucks app just today. My sister lives in Gaffney SC and kept telling me I needed to do this. I have been to Starbucks a few times before. Everyone was always nice and helpful. as I said I just downloaded the app today. The app said if you were a new customer and bought an 8.00 drink you Could get a drink free as a gift free until August 23 I think. So I explained what I needed and the girl told me to drive around so she could look at my Phone. She looked it and asked what I wanted and then asked to look again at my phone. again.Well by then the picture and telling about it were gone I Couldn’t find it again. Then a lady came to the Window and in a hateful tone told me to come inside and Figure it out because I was holding up the line. I came inside and walked To where she was. She Would not even acknowledge me so I told her I did have it pulled up on my phone and the employee wanted to see it again because she said I would have to let them see. Her tone was rude. I could tell she didn’t even care and never attempted to help me. She acted like they were so busy inside. I have worked in stores before. They Were not busy like She Was Acting. So I just walked out. I got to thinking, what am I? Am I not a customer ? Doesn’t my Money work just like other people and I have sat in a drive thru many times when other customers held me up. I usually don’t say much Because I have been an employee before. And believe me some customers can be mean . So I understand. I didn’t know saying thing about the app and I needed help wasn’t allowed. plus she made me feel like I was nothing. The longer I sat there the madder I got. I called her and asked what was I?. I asked am I not a customer? So she immediately went on the defensive . Fussing and arguing. I told her she made me feel like I Was nothing. I will admit I was raising my voice. I always respect people until they disrespect me.. im sure she Can Talk her way out of it though. Those people always do.In my opinion that’s what’s she’s there for.? That’s part of the job.For customer Service she has has no customer service. I will not ever come back there. She will talk to the wrong person like she talked To me one day. It was not even about the drink. It’s about she was hateful and mean . I’ am a customer too and it’s not all about the driveway. Also the girl at the Window asked me to drive up so she could look at My phone.thats exactly how she said it too. Come inside and figure it out, not will you Come inside and I will help you. Oh, I don’t know if I said which Starbucks this is. It is the only one on interstate in Clinton SC. Before Zaxbys and Arby’s.

Parking: There are a lot of parking spaces, including handicap spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: You'll need someone to open the door for you, but there are tables that you can pull a wheelchair up to. The bathrooms have plenty of room to move a wheelchair around in.
If you decide to stop here, please make sure that you review your receipts. A few people at the QT tried to tell me not to go there because the employees are known to add tips to customer orders without their permission. Well, guess what! They did it to me. The young lady at the window this morning (7-2-2024) added a 5.00 tip to my order without my permission. I kept wondering why my card wouldn't go through for the cheese Danish. She added a 5.00 tip without my knowledge. I was prepared to give a few dollar bills for the tip. When she took it off my bill, she didn't say anything to me, such as I apologize for trying to scam you.
Starbucks is a great establishment. Please stop hiring anybody to work there. I felt I needed to post my experience, and I say (thank you) to the other customers for trying to warn me.
