Ari just made my day. I spilled my coffee twice trying to get in the car, believe it or not. I went back in for some water to clean the sticky off of my seats. Once Ari knew what happened she offered to not only remake the coffee, but helped me get supplies to clean my car. Then she walked out to my car to bring me a new cup and a card toward my next coffee, since I passed up on her remaking the first one. She really turned my mood around after a really frustrating moment. Thank you, Ari!

I swore I’d never go to another Starbucks again after the rude and disrespectful experience I had at the Newberry SC location. But today, I gave this location a chance because I didn’t have time to make my matcha at home—and I’m so glad I did.
Thank you for being kind, clean, and treating me like a human being. The woman who helped me (she had two different eye colors) was an absolute sweetheart. She even went out of her way to educate me more about the Starbucks app and matcha!
She is a perfect example of what great customer service looks like!
