You know how good Starbucks customer service is in general, but what makes this location truly outstanding are the little notes I get on my cup. Each time, it’s something different—and one day when I was feeling especially down, my cup had a note that said “you’re loved,” and it absolutely made my day. We came in here Wednesday afternoon with our 14 year old son with nonverbal autism to order some coffee. And I just want to really commend the workers on how welcoming they were with our son. One of the young ladies in particular, whose name I didn't catch, really went out of her way to show kindness to him and asked if he would like a little cup of whipped cream with chocolate syrup. You don't often see that kind of sweet spirit and, as parents of a child with special needs, that really meant the world to us. Thank you.

Very disappointed in my recent visit to this Starbucks. After paying quite a bit of money for several coffees as I picked up my order, I stated to the young lady “thank you”….no response from the worker….no “thank you” to me the customer. Very poor customer service!
